The Field Supervisor coordinates daily operations, resolves field issues, ensures compliance, and drives productivity across multiple project sites. Crew Leadership: Supervise 15-20 crews, assign daily workloads, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Aerial Construction: Oversee pole work, strand and fiber placement, lashing, make‑ready corrections, and aerial restoration. Underground Construction: Manage conduit installation, trenching, directional boring, vault placement, and splice case placement. General Maintenance: Ensure timely repair/maintenance of existing telecom infrastructure, including service outages and emergency response work. Engineering & Design Coordination: Review field designs, redlines, and engineering packages; ensure constructability and adherence to standards. Utility Locating: Oversee locating activities, verify markings, and ensure safe digging practices to prevent damages. Quality & Compliance: Perform field inspections, enforce safety regulations, and ensure work meets client and industry specifications. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3-5+ years of telecommunications field experience (aerial/underground preferred). Prior leadership experience managing large field crews.
