Monitor daily operational objectives which include safety, quality, delivery productivity and inventory requirements, while ensuring production volumes meet customer needs.
Work with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance resources to ensure the proper maintenance, equipment upgrades and process changes are accomplished.
Implement process improvements that meet Company and customer satisfaction requirements, both from a quality and productivity standard.
Coach Production Supervisors and champion a zero injury culture.
Review daily, weekly and monthly productivity, financial, safety and quality reports.
Qualifications
BS Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred.
5+ years related experience in supervisory or technical role.

Responsible for managing space allocation for warehouse and or office.
Coordinates all products arriving into the DC including managing inbound and outbound trucking and customer orders. Effective communication and planning required with customs broker and warehouse providers.
Responsible for implementing procedures and making sure personnel are trained notify appropriate parties for any possible claims against service provider pertaining to temperature and mishandling of product.
Responsible for notifying necessary Government agencies such as USDA, for needed inspections and documentation for marketing order and failed to grade inspections.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 to 5 years of General operations experience, quality or ripening background.
