Precisely and accurately performs and supervises the performance of flow cytometry procedures and data analysis. Provides feedback and bench supervision of the daily technical and clerical workload to a group of medical laboratory scientists and lab associate(s) in conjunction with other members of the management team. This role requires a minimum 50% bench work as well as administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Supervises laboratory staff by monitoring personnel issues that affect individual or laboratory performance and provides direction. All problems or issues that adversely affect the functioning of the laboratory are reported to the laboratory management team.
Reviews and approves scientist work and vacation schedules and ensures that the lab is adequately staffed during hours of operation. Reviews weekly timekeeping records for accuracy, makes corrections if necessary, and approves the final submission.
Prepares and delivers mid-year and annual performance appraisals.
Develops staff by ensuring that training is carried out by qualified staff members.
Participates in the recruiting and interviewing of candidates for open laboratory positions.
Coordinates workflow on a daily basis to ensure timely processing and analysis of patient samples.
Provides technical feedback to staff regarding performance, documenting corrective action as necessary.
Responsible for regulatory compliance with CLIA (CT)/CAP/OSHA/NYS guidelines and implements changes as required. Ensures that the laboratory is prepared for all inspections and assists with updates to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed.
Implements corporate protocols and initiatives as required and provides oversight to validations and training assignments to ensure timely completion.
Coordinates medical laboratory scientist participation in proficiency testing and ensures that submission deadlines are met.
Reviews technical systems daily for assurance of quality and efficiency, including QA/QC of reagents, instrumentation, etc.
Prepares data for monthly and annual laboratory quality indicator reports.
Ensures monthly inventory and ordering activities are performed timely and accurately to prevent reagent or supply shortages that adversely impact laboratory productivity and TAT.

Performs a variety of clerical and transportation functions for division of Diagnostic Services. Assists technologists with patients and equipment. Processes forms, paperwork and other materials related to patients and procedures.

Job Overview:
The Service Supervisor and Product Specialist to oversee daily operations, improve work practices, and expand market share with Sewage Grinder Pumps and Lift Station services. This position requires an experienced professional with a high degree of technical aptitude to coordinate in-shop and field service for Residential and Municipal customers. Essential characteristics include leadership, good communication skills, customer service skills, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to work independently, flexibility to support after-hours services, and travel.

Scope of Responsibility:
Supervision and scheduling of multiple service technicians specializing in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sewage grinder pumps and controls.
Work closely with individual technicians on job preparation, execution, and quality of workmanship, ensuring assessment findings and repairs are well-documented and performed in accordance with department policies and objectives
Oversee and participate in weekly on-call rotation with flexibility to work overtime & weekends
as required.
Accuracy and timeliness of technician timesheets and expense reports
Facilitate & document frequent “tool box” meetings with emphasis on safety, workmanship, training, and examples of extraordinary service
Provide technicians with the proper trainings, certifications, tools & resources required to perform assigned work in a safe, quality, and cost-effective manner
Assist with warranty service processes and claims
Assist the inventory clerk with inventory planning and control, including truck inventory
Actively participate in EONE Service Council and help maintain principal relations.
Establish and maintain “Authorized Service Center” capabilities & maintain professional appearance of shop work areas and service vehicles.
Travel as required
Perform all other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
* Oversees all activity inside of the community ice rink

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the department manager, the Supervisor Pre-Registration and Financial Clearance Supervisor provides oversight of the Financial Clearance and Pre-Registration teams. The supervisor will oversee pre-registration, benefit verification, authorizations, reconciliations, quality review and training. Handle authorization process and obtain pre-certification approvals prior to service.
Submit pre-authorization requests and follow up with payers to ensure timely approvals
Maintain accurate records and reports of pre-certification requests, approvals, and denials
Assist with assignment of worklists and submit authorization information according to payer requirements
Follow up on authorization requests and coordinate with practices and departments according to established policies
Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership and participate in monthly meetings to review payment and denial trends
Coordinate with provider practices and hospital departments to ensure timely scheduling of patient procedures
Act as escalation point for patient and insurance inquiries and
Assist other pre-service departments with tasks including estimates and admission notifications when required
Perform post service reconciliations and denial follow up tasks

The Snowsports Supervisor is responsible for training and mentoring instructors by setting an example by following all policies and procedures, being approachable, and sharing knowledge with coworkers. This individual is responsible for overseeing the on hill operations of all daily and school group lessons under the direction of the Snowsports Directors. She/he will assist with the organization of group lessons, including the checking in and out of participants, communication with instructors and parents, and ensuring the safety of all parties involved. Supervisors may occasionally teach lessons based on the needs of the Snowsports Department. Reports to the Snowsports Directors.
