Job Summary
Support all activities relating to ZOLL Medical product production. This includes: daily manufacturing and test support, process and yield improvement, quality and cost improvements, floor layout, New Product Introduction, process definition and documentation. No direct reports.
Essential Functions
* Daily production support, tooling and fixture problems, training personnel, providing technical support to purchasing and materials.

The annual salary for this position is:
$81,200.00 to $95,000.00

Focus area for the Manufacturing Engineer is to support the organization in continuous improvement efforts, leveraging expertise in project management, equipment design, operations, and maintenance. Key Duties:

Participate in post-production debriefings, contributing your technical expertise to drive improvements.
Serve as a key liaison with internal suppliers, service providers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Active participation in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency within your area of responsibility.
Foster a constructive error culture by openly addressing mistakes, learning from them, and eliminating root causes. Seek support from your supervisor when necessary.
Travel and Training
Willingness to travel to Europe occasionally for training on new equipment, role-specific responsibilities, or other company-related initiatives.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required. Preferred degrees include Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and Industrial Engineering.
1-3 years related manufacturing experience preferred.
