Ideal Candidate Profile
6 - 10 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, or Health Economics.
Strong early pipeline or pre-launch experience required.
Demonstrated experience across multiple developed markets (ideally two or more of the U.S., U.K., Japan, or Germany).
Skilled at presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, comfortable operating within a small, focused team.
Preferred backgrounds include infectious disease, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, medical technology, or diagnostics.
Strong pharma backgrounds considered with solid market access strategy expertise.
Experience in vaccines or STIs is a plus.
Global experience preferred; strong European experience will also be considered.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under strategic leadership, sustain the improvement of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manages the development of quality assurance & systems staff. Lead the implementation phase of MasterControl, ensuring successful implementation, and post-implementation management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partners with leadership to develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure it is compliant with relevant regulations, including ISO 9001, 21 CFR Part 210 and 211, ICH, and other applicable national and international regulatory guidelines.Ensure the QMS always remains in an auditable state.
Oversees the daily operations of the QMS, ensuring it runs efficiently and in compliance with quality standards. This includes managing critical quality systems processes such as Incoming Raw Material Receipt, Raw Material Review/Disposition, Final Product Review/Disposition.
Manages quality events and investigations including but not limited to Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, OOS, OOT, Customer Complaints, including leading and facilitating cross-functional meetings to ensure proper assessments and actions.
Ensures QA review of Validation/Qualification activities including protocols, execution, and reports.
Upholds timely response to events and on-the-floor QA support(MQA), including ensuring the MQA program is tracked and measurable.
Leads the transition of QMS programs, such as Quality Events (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, OOS, OOT), Audits and Supplier Qualification transition into Master Control, and serves as the System Administrator.
Administers post-implementation management of MasterControl, including, but not limited to, system optimization, performing troubleshooting support, managing software updates, and continuously improving system functionality to meet evolving regulatory needs.
Reports key metrics for QA Operations turnaround times and Quality Events.
Contributes to the continuous improvement initiatives related to the QMS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize quality processes. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for process improvement within manufacturing and quality control activities.
Develops standard operations and other quality documents related to QMS and ensure all documents meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.

What will you do?

Receives general direction from a classified administrator. Exercises direct and general supervision over custodial staff.
CLASS CHARACTERISTICS
This is the full supervisory-level class in Custodial Services. Incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, reviewing, and evaluating the work of custodial staff either directly or through lead workers. Performance of supervisory-level work requires the use of considerable independent judgment, initiative, and discretion within established guidelines. The incumbent also regularly performs custodial duties during peak workload periods or employee absences.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade
AND
Five (5) years of increasingly responsible custodial or janitorial experience, INCLUDINGtwo (2) years of lead or supervisory experience, preferably for an organization with multiple locations.

Communicates all issues concerning changes to shipment plans (equipment, stop order, etc.) through appropriate channels.
Maintain organized finished goods practices to include staging procedures and loading procedures with a focus on accuracy. Store and maintain organized patio door screens to ensure proper inventory ordering.
Keep the dock area clean and organized. Flow window returns to proper areas for stock, production repair, reship, etc.
Help in ensuring that docks, trailers, and trucks are maintained responsibly.
Manage employee performance goals daily. Delegate work and move employees accordingly to maximize productivity. Manage total employee hours, using overtime when needed, and reallocating employees out of area when able.
Promote and enforce safe work practices.
Organize replacement items in staging areas for customer delivery.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. In lieu of educational requirements, equivalent experience may be substituted at the company's discretion.
A minimum of two years of supervisory experience required, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Intermediate PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate the day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.
* Ensure adequate operational coverage; responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
* Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation
* Conduct Agent observations
* Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
* Investigates and resolves operational issues as well as customer service issues
* Will be provided company uniforms and must adhere to uniform policy
* Participates on operational conference calls, station audits and prepares various reports
* Maintains records such as time and attendance, personnel files and performance
* Supervisors perform Station Agent work, as required. Station Agents have combined duties within ramp service and customer service operations.
* Create a positive start to a passenger's trip by being the first to greet the passenger and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
* Use appropriate reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate and collect any appropriate fees
* Inform passengers through all aspects of their experience with American Airlines by communicating appropriate information about their trips and belongings
* Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure that they are entering or leaving their gate safely and on-time
* Load, unload, sort, and appropriately transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials
* Some of these items can weigh up to 75 lbs. Drive ground equipment such as tugs to help the plane push in/out of the gate, belt loaders to help load baggage, and bag carts to deliver baggage to the claim area or the connecting flight
* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a safe and on-time departure
* May clean the interior of the aircraft, clean and service aircraft lavatories, and/or work in the Baggage Service Office to track the location of baggage
