Position Summary:
The Truss Production Manager is responsible for the overall performance of Hayward Lumber's truss manufacturing plant in Santa Maria. The Production Manager on the Aerospace Hardware Team will be responsible for the development and oversight of a multi functional production department that specializes in manufacturing aerospace components and systems.
