ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and organizing: Create schedules, assign tasks, and prioritize work to meet goals

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of machine shop experience working with CNC Mills, CNC lathes, and conventional mill and lathe machines.
3+ years of experience leading a team.
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing operations, including machining processes.
Strong leadership qualities and 2 years' experience managing schedules, workflow safety and personnel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Well versed in GD&T and inspection procedures and processes.
Excellent leadership experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Composite experience is preferred.
Thorough understanding of machining equipment set-ups and practices.
