Status: Exempt Reports To: Production Manager The Machine Shop Supervisor is a skilled technical leader responsible for managing all aspects of a small machine shop while actively performing advanced machining tasks. This role requires expert CNC programming, the ability to operate all shop equipment, and lead shop operations. The supervisor will design and create complex tooling, ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with vendors to source tooling and equipment.
