Experience conducting in-depth website and digital requirement discovery and delivery planning Highly Beneficial to have: Adobe-related Project Management experience, leading AEM or Adobe Commerce projects. Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex website projects, features, and platform upgrades using a flexible methodology (primarily Agile/Scrum, but with Waterfall elements as needed). What You'll Do: Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across a multi-shift, high-volume environment producing mission-critical consumable products. Manage and develop front-line leadership, including production supervisors, team leads, and manufacturing personnel. Establish and refine KPIs, daily management systems, tiered accountability structures, and performance metrics for throughput, yield, downtime, and labor efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce variation, stabilize output, and enhance safety. Prepare the site for future ERP and SAP-related initiatives, supporting system readiness and training. What We're Looking For: 5-12 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with direct oversight of supervisors and hourly teams. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, empathy, and relationship-building-not authority alone. Strong experience in stabilizing teams, improving accountability, and elevating cultural expectations. Proven track record implementing KPIs, production management systems, and standardized processes. Background in high-volume, regulated, or consumables manufacturing is highly preferred (food, CPG, medical device, packaging, chemical, hygiene products). Hands-on leadership style with high visibility on the production floor. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and act decisively. Continuous improvement, Lean, 5S, or ERP/SAP familiarity is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production lines, ensuring product quality, meeting safety and production goals, and maintaining effective communication with other departments to meet customer deadlines. The initial training schedule will follow the first shifts schedule (Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm). Core Responsibilities: • Manage assigned production lines to meet customer needs while ensuring product quality. • Work with maintenance teams to identify repairs and preventative maintenance needs. • Work with warehouse and staging teams to ensure availability of production materials. • Report on KPIs and daily metrics for assigned area ownership. • Supervise a team of 12+ production employees, including training, motivation, and discipline. • Administer and enforce company rules, regulations, and policies. • Responsibilities include interviewing, training, overseeing the flow of work, appraising team performance, rewarding and managing the performance of employees, and addressing employee relations issues. • Show leadership by exemplifying AMSOIL safety standards and encouraging team members to work to the same standards. • Display and promote positive safety behaviors at all times; use proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment, and procedures to ensure that self and others go home safely each day. • Ensure housekeeping standards are met by completing regular audits of employees' area ownership.
