Prepare detailed status reports and operational summaries for senior leadership, highlighting shipment status, response effectiveness, personnel accountability, and process improvement opportunities. Gather and assess market and operational updates from stations, airlines, and carriers to inform stakeholders and recommend optimal shipment schedules or carrier utilization. Recommend and support implementation of process improvements to increase delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Support the drafting, editing, and implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and ad hoc documentation to improve compliance and information sharing.
