Primary Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Network Optimization Senior Manager will lead the design, analysis, and execution of supply chain network strategies across our large-scale distribution operations. Job Description
The primary objective of this position will be to assume direct responsibility for the end-to-end supply chain from demand to supply for all products supported by the High Bridge facility. The position will include direct management of global material planning and overall accountability for material, production, and inventory planning at the High Bridge manufacturing facility.
Plan demand and supply for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products from contract manufacturers and overseas partners.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, implementing yearly cost-reduction plans while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with the R&D team to develop NPI sourcing plans, alternate sourcing for long-lead items, and cost estimations.
Develop and execute cost-reduction and risk mitigation strategies for material procurement and logistics related to pricing, delivery, and contractual obligations.
Drive cost reduction initiatives at the product level in partnership with our Engineering and Asia Supply Chain partners.
Identify and develop new sources for contract manufacturing and participate in the supplier selection process.
Lead the supply chain team to excel in material planning, execution, and serve as a liaison between HB procurement and Asia factories for material movement.
Oversee hands-on procurement, material, and production planning, including direct team management at the High Bridge facility.
Monitor and reduce inventory levels at the High Bridge warehouse through JIT, Kanban, and VMI agreements.
Establish Purchasing and Logistics KPIs, including inventory valuation and Purchase Price Variance (PPV).
Lead digital transformation initiatives (ERP upgrades, automation, data analytics)
Define and implement best practices for various planning processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
10+ years of sourcing experience with electromechanical components and EMS supply chains.
Proficient understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP ERP and S4 Hana is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logical data analysis.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
Expertise in risk minimization strategies for the supply chain (e.g., VMI, Kanban).
Ability to interpret engineering BOMs and technical drawings.
ASCM or ISM certifications are a plus.
Understanding of international shipments and customs logistics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels & educational backgrounds.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team. Prior experience in a supervisory role required.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Aircraft Maintenance Planning Analyst at Aero, you will assist in the development and implementation of aircraft maintenance schedules and plans. This is an entry-level position, reporting to the Inventory and Compliance Manager, with the opportunity to learn more about the aviation industry. In this role, you will learn how to analyze maintenance records, reports, and performance data to identify trends, spot potential issues, and develop maintenance plans. You will also learn how to use an aircraft maintenance tracking program to forecast upcoming inspections.
