Together, we can build the future of data storage. **Job Description** We are architecting a next-generation PMO model that moves beyond status tracking-one built to embed strategic clarity, execution rigor, and measurable outcomes across our global supply chain organization. This role sits at the core of a bold transformation, designed not simply to manage projects, but to architect the systems and mindset that drive sustainable enterprise value. As Staff Program Manager in Digital Transformation Strategy, you'll lead the evolution of our PMO to enable prioritization frameworks, cross-functional orchestration, and consistent delivery excellence. Partnering with stakeholders across Global End to End Supply Chain you'll bring structure to complex portfolios and empower teams with the tools, visibility, and alignment needed to scale transformational outcomes. Your focus will span the full initiative lifecycle from strategy intake and prioritization, through KPI tracking and execution governance, to downstream adoption of scalable frameworks and templates.
