The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team with functional responsibility for Service, Inventory levels and Deployment, Import and Export activity. This position is key to deliver the target service level by ensuring the finished goods availability (right place, right time, right qty) while maintaining the target inventory levels to optimize our working capital. This role requires cross functional expertise with Distribution &
Warehousing, Supply, & Demand to drive best results.
Primary Responsibilities:
Service: Ensures customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full, and that all service level agreements are consistently met.
Inventory: Defines inventory targets and implements mechanisms to maintain appropriate buffer levels, addressing any deviations from established objectives.
Deployment: Oversees the movement of inventory from factories to distribution centers and directly to customers, coordinating with external transportation partners.
Transportation: Provides key inputs for the annual tendering process and ensures efficient deployment of inventory across the network. Maintains transportation KPIs and manages relationships with transport providers.
Import/Export/Customs: Ensures adherence to supply planning processes to support the fulfillment of imported finished goods, including customs compliance and international logistics, as well as coordination of export activities.
New Product Development: Leads cross-functional coordination to ensure new product development projects are executed and launched on schedule.
Food Waste: Manages non-performing inventory to minimize write-offs and achieve inefficiency targets as a percentage of sales.
Data: Leads activities around optimizing MRP settings to achieve targeted service & inventory goals
Systems: SAP Super User, training/leading team members to best utilize system. Success will be measured by key service and efficiency KPIs:
Service level %, Inventory Days on Hand (DOH), Inefficiencies (%/Sales)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; Preferably in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Business Management
8-10 years' experience in supply chain planning wit comprehensive supply chain expertise spanning production, transportation, cross-border/customs, and integrating back-office functions.
At least 3 years in managerial role
IBP/S&OP (Integrated Business Planning/Sales & Operations Planning) experience required
Working knowledge of SAP required, Super User preferred
Working knowledge of network design planning, finished goods replenishment methodology and industrial engineering methods/techniques
Proficient in spreadsheet, database and presentation including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Proven team player, able to work collaboratively at all levels and builds partnerships with cross functional teams.
Excellent organizational, planning, influence, presentation and follow-up skills.

Job Summary
The Lead Supply Chain Planner is a key member of Amtrak's Supply Chain organization. This role ensures that supply meets customer demand by maintaining optimal inventory levels, developing and implementing contingency plans, and analyzing and resolving critical supply chain gaps. The planner is responsible for strategic supply planning initiatives focused on inventory optimization, including improving fill rates and inventory turns. This position collaborates with production, procurement, and upstream suppliers to reduce costs and achieve optimal inventory levels. The Lead Supply Chain Planner also conducts root cause analysis, identifies process gaps, and drives performance improvements.
Essential Functions
* Inventory Planning Leadership: Manage centralized inventory planning functions to align with Amtrak's operational and financial objectives.
* Program Implementation: Develop and implement inventory planning programs, policies, and procedures to improve material availability and minimize corporate cash investments in inventory and related assets.
* SAP & Field Support: Lead support efforts for SAP users and provide assistance to field employees to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. Job Summary
The Supply Chain Intern focuses on coordinating and optimizing supply chain operations, specifically procurement, inventory management and order flow management. The Supply Chain Intern will collaborate closely with the supply chain team to conduct raw materials ordering, ensure timely and accurate order processing, support inventory management, and contribute to various supply chain projects that support the flow of orders in our end-to-end supply chain. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in supply chain management, providing a solid foundation for future career growth in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and fulfillment of wholesale distributor orders.
Assist in order creation and receipt of various raw materials for production.
Communication with vendors to address business needs.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Communicate with wholesale distributors to address order inquiries and resolve any issues.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
Support the planning and execution of supply chain projects and initiatives.
Gain exposure to various supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, and demand planning.
Assist in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the supply chain team.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, ora related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Prior experience or coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus but not required.
Military experience is a plus.
Compensation
$15.00-$17.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, onboard partners, document processes and specifications, and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.
This role is most focused on understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with business goals. Then working with our API integrated trading partners to implement and optimize integrations.
API Integration and Testing: Work with development teams to integrate APIs into partner systems, ensuring functionality and performance meet requirements. Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues within our API integrations providing support to internal and external users and development teams.
API Management and Improvement/ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve APIs, including performance, onboarding, maintenance, usability, and testing. Maintain existing integrations, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary updates.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and QA teams internally and externally.
