This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. The Manager, Clinical Supply and Logistics will be the liaison between the Clinical Research Operations team and the Technical Operations team to facilitate cross functional collaboration for proactive problem solving and alignment of end-to-end clinical supply chain management to support clinical trial execution. - Manages inventory globally at depots and sites including order management and proof of delivery confirmation, return or destruction and distribution logistics.
- Acts as a key interface between the Technical Operations and Clinical Research Operations teams to operationalize supply strategy to maximize supply efficiency, minimize waste while identifying risk and develop risk mitigation plans.

Job Description
The Manager Supply Chain Operations - Central Supply has financial and operational responsibility for supply chain-managed par inventories for inpatient, pre/post, PACU, ED, Audiology and respiratory areas. They are also responsible for the management of Central Supply perpetual inventory which is a 24/7/365 operation. Responsible for implementing process improvements and applying best practice methodologies, as well as cost savings through inventory optimization in partnership with the clinical operational leaders. Participates in an advisory role by facilitating continuous process improvements and sustaining an efficient and effective supply chain. This position embraces strong partnering and collaboration with medical, administration and clinical and nursing leadership. Continually evaluates progress toward objectives and maintains efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
Essential Job Functions:
Support the objectives of the Supply Chain Vision as communicated by the Director of Supply Chain Operations.
Responsible for the management of Central Supply perpetual inventory at Lurie main as well as assigned par locations.
Develop metrics and KPIs using available data from Lurie business systems (UKG, Workday) to hold staff accountable and ensure even distribution of workload amongst the central supply team.
Regularly evaluates staff and provides feedback related to achievement of established organizational and departmental goals.
Utilize Workday data and reports to drive process optimization related to stockouts, open order management and substitution management. Utilize data from Lurie business systems like Workday and Epic to investigate issues and provide root cause analyses as required by the organization.
Provides effective communication to clinicians, administration, faculty, and staff to establish a collaborative working environment.
Provides support and ideas to inpatient leadership regarding new supplies, substitutes, supply conversions, and trials to ensure all changes are seamless and properly communicated.
Collaborate with other supply chain managers regularly to ensure supply needs are being met (conversions, par level optimization, substitution and backorder management, expedited orders, etc.) With Leadership, participates in establishing standards for quality, safety, and service.
Works with supervisors to review, monitor, and document employee performance, attendance and behavior. Creates an environment that fosters employee engagement.
Responsible for establishing and ensuring compliance with all Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Proactively identify and manage operational risks, issues as it relates to effective management of inventory.
Responsible for maintaining relationship with 3rd party labor leaders. Holds 3rd parties accountable to assigned tasks and proper use of ERP.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Healthcare Administration or other related field. A combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience is directly related to the functions of the job. Experience leading teams in a supervisory role. System process improvement experience and or education of Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement principles. Excellent facilitation and project management skills.
Minimum of six years progressive operations experience, healthcare operations experience a plus. Experience in implementing and maintaining supply chain/inventory management systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft windows OS and applications.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Capable of working in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and interacting with all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills. Ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly and concisely.

Responsible for IBP forecast review, analysis, and entry for FK ROW products. Meets monthly with Marketing team to discuss forecast recommendations due to over/under selling and implement agreed upon changes. Update backorders in IBP at month-end.
Creates reports and communicates forecast accuracy, performance against sales targets, inventory levels, etc. Also prepares weekly customer service report for FK ROW products.
Prepares reporting results into written documentation and presentation for leadership review.
Communicates and coordinates with QA and logistic teams in regards to release priorities and monitor progress. Also coordinates with QA to schedule annual batch review process to minimize any impact to product release.
Makes recommendations to production and commercial teams regarding improvements to products, processes, or services.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field. Must be familiar with manufacturing processes.
Must be analytical and detailed orientated.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess excellent time management skills and can manage multiple priorities.
Communicates effectively with a broad range of multicultural, domestic and international partners
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is critical.
SAP experience is strongly desired
Must have an in-depth knowledge of supply chain practices and have 5 years of related experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry.
Must demonstrate effective negotiation, persuasion, communications, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Operationally independent and self-motivated.
Understands customer service management.
Readily adapts to situational and organizational changes.
Able to influence other cross functional team members without direct authority to accomplish tasks in timely manner to ensure product availability is not adversely impacted

About the Role:
As the Supply Chain Manager at Feastables, you will play a key role in building and strengthening the foundation of our supply chain in a fast-growing, startup environment. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem solving, special projects, and improving how things work across planning, manufacturing, and operations. You will partner closely with co-manufacturers and internal teams to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support the ongoing scale of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:
Own cost card management, cost accuracy and forward-looking costing for existing & new items
Lead special projects and process improvement efforts to strengthen supply chain foundations, data integrity, and efficiency
Build and maintain Excel-based analyses for costing, forecasting, and predictive modeling in partnership with sourcing and strategy teams
Analyze detailed inputs across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to support future cost projections and decision making
Collaborate closely with co-manufacturers to resolve issues, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement
Navigate and lead difficult conversations when needed, using data and experience to drive better outcomes
Support ERP workflows using NetSuite or a comparable system, ensuring accurate data and practical system usage
Act as a generalist across supply chain needs, stepping in where required as the business evolves
Recipe for Success:
3+ years of experience in a supply chain, operations, or related role, with food or CPG experience strongly preferred
Comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment with flexibility and broad responsibility
Strong Excel proficiency, including cost analysis, scenario modeling, and working with detailed, imperfect data sets
Experience driving process improvement and understanding what good supply chain operations look like
Proven ability to collaborate with co-manufacturers and cross-functional partners, balancing relationships with accountability
Experience working with an ERP system, with NetSuite preferred or a comparable platform
Prior exposure to co-manufacturing environments, with an understanding of manufacturing and warehousing practices
A jack of all trades mindset with the ability to be nimble, proactive, and solution oriented
Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and comfort navigating ambiguity
