Role overview
As the Inventory Analyst you will:
· Analyze Inventory results and identify areas for inventory optimization for finished goods, raw material, WIP, spare parts,
· Run analytical model to suggest optimized planning parameters per product category,
· Be responsible for leading inventory rightsizing projects within ISC,
· Achieve inventory target by end of 2025 and set up target for 2026.

The Demand Planner is responsible for driving the monthly demand forecasting process to optimize inventory levels and support business growth. Essential Functions
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Gather and analyze both internal and external data to support the development of an accurate demand plan.

Ensure demand planning processes and tools are effective; work with the Global team to implement improvements and resolve system or process issues.
Lead and facilitate local demand review meetings in alignment with Group corporate standards.
Serve as the local key user and subject matter expert for demand forecasting tools.
Train end users on demand planning systems, tools, and best practices.
Maintain and regularly update supply chain data (e.g., units and SKUs) in planning systems to ensure accuracy and improve forecast reliability.
Collaborate with the Group Business Process Owner and Key Users to align on process objectives and ensure consistency across teams.
Performance
Drive the monthly product demand forecasting process to improve forecast accuracy, leveraging statistical tools and data analysis.

Support improvements in local forecast accuracy and inventory performance metrics (KPIs).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

What you will do:
As a key member of Our Client's Team, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and analyzing engineering solutions and deliverables for primarily underground electric distribution facilities for various clients. Underground electrical distribution facilities deliverables include, but are not limited to, master plan layouts for large subdivisions, equipment selection and placement for commercial and residential subdivisions, bore profiles for HDD and other boring methods.
Your key responsibilities:
· Execute the design of underground projects in various CAD programs, including but not limited to AutoCAD's various versions and MicroStation.
· Utilize knowledge of engineering concepts and principles to review and analyze engineering deliverables for 120V to 35kV distribution projects.
· Interface with utility clients and work closely with the project team to ensure deliverables and services are provided to the client's specifications while following internal engineering processes.
· Review designs to ensure compliance with permitting authorities, NEC, NESC, RUS and client standards.
· Support the Engineering Team in executing assigned electrical distribution projects within deadlines and budgets.
· Manage multiple projects while effectively maintaining work product quality, consistency, accuracy, reliability, and accountability.
· Apply analysis to identify the best solution to a design problem and effectively communicate a course of action with the Engineering Team.
· Produce Staking Sheets utilizing client specified software and/or EMPACT Engineering specific software.

What you will bring:
