The Work:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular Functions include:
Creates and executes a master SKU-level supply plan based on current demand forecasts.
Sets appropriate inventory targets (safety stock) based on demand variability and lead times.
Schedules purchases per plan, to meet schedules and ensures purchase orders are received in a timely manner.
Follows up, adjusts, and monitors the supply plan, to support the annual operating plan, ensuring supply plan is executed and sufficient components are available.
Leads the development of capacity planning to identify constraints, mitigate bottlenecks, and improve cost efficiency through better resource utilization.

Provides structured reporting system for inventory shorts with extensive root cause analysis
Obtains and incorporates feedback on performance to plan.

About the Role

The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials needed to support production and customer demand. You'll manage material requirements planning (MRP), monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and shortages. A key part of your role will include creating and maintaining a Clear-to-Build report to identify potential material shortages, track component readiness, and ensure production can proceed without delays. You'll analyze forecasts, monitor material usage, and adjust plans to meet changing production schedules or supply chain disruptions. You'll also identify opportunities to improve material flow, reduce lead times, and enhance supply reliability. Your challenges:
* Work onsite at either of the allocated supplier site minimum 3 days a week
* Ensure maturity and robustness of Supplier's manufacturing and supply chain processes to avoid supply failures

The Role:
The Demand Planning Analyst manages forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning for a fast-growing consumer brand with a broad and expanding SKU assortment. This role requires strong analytical ability, comfort working with large data sets, and the capability to translate SKU and size level performance into clear, actionable recommendations. What you'll do:
Build and maintain rolling forecasts across categories, collections, and product types
Analyze historical sales, demand indicators, sell through, and inventory health to produce accurate demand plans at SKU and size depth
Partner with merchandising, operations, finance, and marketing to align on demand assumptions, product launches, and promotional impacts
Own the inventory replenishment process to ensure strong product availability while limiting excess and obsolescence
Manage purchase orders through their full lifecycle, including creation, adjustments, and tracking
Monitor inbound inventory, production updates, and supply related risks
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and operational metrics
Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities from detailed analysis
Recommend actions on reorders, carryover strategies, SKU productivity, end of life decisions, and inventory optimization
Maintain and enhance planning tools, models, and processes
Support scenario planning, new product introductions, and broader growth initiatives
What you'll bring to the team:
5 or more years of experience in DTC or omnichannel demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain, or similar analytical roles; apparel experience preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work deeply in the data and translate insights into actionable plans
Experience managing large SKU counts and detailed size level demand
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and build models
