Job Description We are architecting a next-generation PMO model that moves beyond status tracking-one built to embed strategic clarity, execution rigor, and measurable outcomes across our global supply chain organization. As Staff Program Manager in Digital Transformation Strategy, you'll lead the evolution of our PMO to enable prioritization frameworks, cross-functional orchestration, and consistent delivery excellence. Partnering with stakeholders across Global End to End Supply Chain you'll bring structure to complex portfolios and empower teams with the tools, visibility, and alignment needed to scale transformational outcomes. Your focus will span the full initiative lifecycle from strategy intake and prioritization, through KPI tracking and execution governance, to downstream adoption of scalable frameworks and templates. Your influence will connect strategy to results, not by enforcing process for process' sake, but by enabling momentum and accountability at every level Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead 3-4 priority programs that span across E2E Supply Chain, Digital Transformation focusing on connecting planning to execution. Enable outcome-based planning by embedding prioritization and intake rigor into PMO workflows and toolsets. Collaborate across business and technical teams to co-develop frameworks, templates, and coaching playbooks that reinforce agility and delivery mindset. Use Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira to build dashboards that monitor health, risk, and delivery across portfolios. Champion the adoption of delivery culture not just accountability, but empowerment, clarity, and measurable progress. . Qualifications Required: 5-8 years of hands-on project/program management experience, ideally in a matrixed supply chain or transformation-focused environment. Strong operational mindset with a proven track record of executing complex cross-functional initiatives from intake to completion. Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods with the ability to flex delivery styles based on team readiness and project needs. A knack for simplifying complexity bringing structure to ambiguity through process design, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. Confident communicator who can facilitate tough conversations, manage timelines, and ensure delivery teams stay focused and unblocked.
