Key Responsibilities: Develop, deliver, and maintain Maintenance Task Analyses for corrective and preventive maintenance activities across GWS and MDA assets. Analyze technical data (e.g., engineering drawings, schematics, and system specifications) to identify logistical and maintenance requirements. Provide analysis to ensure electrical systems meet program sustainment objectives, including compliance with DoD and industry standards for power systems and grounding infrastructure. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance task analysis, performance-based logistics, or system sustainment for defense-related programs, or Master's Degree and 3 years of related experience; or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree. Familiarity with GWS or MDA-related systems, integration points, and sustainment challenges, such as radars, launch systems, mission equipment, communication nodes, and electrical systems. Proficiency in conducting MTAs using tools like PowerLOG-J, SLICwave, or proprietary DoD systems. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications, including those for power and electrical systems. Demonstrated proficiency with commercial computer systems and racks.
