Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate requirements between business terms and technical terms to expedite development especially in the area of data Review certain code from developers like sql and glue to help identify issues in the code to reduce time to production Help provide a comprehensive view of the Jabil customer configurations to create a baseline Act in QA capacity to simulate and/or identify test scenarios to align to our customers and test using our ERP systems Provide ERP system expertise to identify data sources and logic aligned to how Jabil uses core and additional SAP instances Raise awareness to existing content if unknown to the team to help guide development team to recreate and modernize functionality and to adjust if business has changed (or external needs or new service models) will impact the logic.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Experience and proficiency with SAP is required. Some barriers to entry exist at this level, requiring department review.

The Supply Chain Data Analyst delivers value to their customer by taking data, using it to answer questions, and communicating the results to help make business decisions. The core responsibility of this role is to help others track progress and optimize their focus.
Major Responsibilities:

Creation and maintenance of various BI reports, analysis, and Power Point presentations
Creation of data models and analytical tools to provide data analytical support to various operations competencies of an organization
Provide actionable insights that can be easily interpreted by business owners, clients by designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses, dashboards that drive meaningful and prompt actionable insights
Maintain appropriate documentation around Business Intelligence solutions and systems
Recommend process improvement opportunities to management
Provide support in maintaining and supporting databases performing several activities, including inputting and cleaning data, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, configuration/integration, updating sources, and ensuring data integrity
Develop and execute training programs and communication plans to improve user adoption and effectiveness of new and existing features

Qualifications Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/System, Business Administration, Big Data Management
Knowledge: +5 Years working in a corporate environment in Supply Chain, must have proficient knowledge of Power BI, Domo, SAP, ORACLE, SQL or other business Intelligence tools; Must also demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of enterprise applications and business processes, as well as solid working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them; It is also essential to be familiar with project program management development life cycle
Analytical skills: Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Having analytical skills also help them define business needs and develop technical requirements and provide solutions to business problems using data-driven insights
Communication skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills to be able to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users
Detail-oriented: Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of data, so it is important that they pay deliberate attention to data input and output to ensure accuracy

Job Description

The Supply Chain Business Analyst analyzes the day to day performance of Elbit America Supply Chain organization against a predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This analysis includes tracking and reporting, data review, trends assessments and information presentation to corporate executives while creation of comprehensive cross-functional reporting tools and procedures. The supply chain business analyst is also involved in Spend analysis, Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and various initiatives of continues Process Improvements related to demand planning, inventory management, supplier's quality and purchasing which involves writing and implementing procedures throughout supply chain related processes. This role will become a subject matter expert (SME) for ERP functionality and reporting, with a focus on training other team members across the supply chain organization.

Analyze the various Elbit America sites business parameters including ‘industry standards' and ‘best in class' metrics such as: Inventory, Operations Planning, Material Receipts, Supplier Quality, On Time Delivery etc.

Lead site and business units YOY spend analysis in support of managing category (commodity) purchasing

Establish program-based budgets forecasts and timing to optimize supply chain activities

Train Elbit America sites with Supply Chain KPI measurements and data analysis

Support executive's decision making by having accessible and digestible data with user friendly and reliable dashboards

Support the development of robust SIOP process and track its implementation

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.

Resolve problems when issues arise for work orders, forecasting, demand planning, purchasing requirements, and MRP.

Support implementing and maintaining Master Production Scheduling process and reporting with supply chain team.

Forecast and report all inventory: AOP VS actual.

BOM analysis and implement continuous improvement plans.

Open PO reporting, planned reporting and related analysis.

Write comprehensive procedures to adhere to agreed-upon processes.

Recommend solutions for improving and restructuring existing company procedures.

Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.

Work closely with internal customers, technicians, stakeholders and managerial staff.

Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Analyze and report status of KPI's, including PPV, EAC's, and inventory projections.
