Job Description

The Supply Chain Business Analyst analyzes the day to day performance of Elbit America Supply Chain organization against a predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This analysis includes tracking and reporting, data review, trends assessments and information presentation to corporate executives while creation of comprehensive cross-functional reporting tools and procedures. The supply chain business analyst is also involved in Spend analysis, Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and various initiatives of continues Process Improvements related to demand planning, inventory management, supplier's quality and purchasing which involves writing and implementing procedures throughout supply chain related processes. This role will become a subject matter expert (SME) for ERP functionality and reporting, with a focus on training other team members across the supply chain organization.

Analyze the various Elbit America sites business parameters including ‘industry standards' and ‘best in class' metrics such as: Inventory, Operations Planning, Material Receipts, Supplier Quality, On Time Delivery etc.

Lead site and business units YOY spend analysis in support of managing category (commodity) purchasing

Establish program-based budgets forecasts and timing to optimize supply chain activities

Train Elbit America sites with Supply Chain KPI measurements and data analysis

Support executive's decision making by having accessible and digestible data with user friendly and reliable dashboards

Support the development of robust SIOP process and track its implementation

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.

Resolve problems when issues arise for work orders, forecasting, demand planning, purchasing requirements, and MRP.

Support implementing and maintaining Master Production Scheduling process and reporting with supply chain team.

Forecast and report all inventory: AOP VS actual.

BOM analysis and implement continuous improvement plans.

Open PO reporting, planned reporting and related analysis.

Write comprehensive procedures to adhere to agreed-upon processes.

Recommend solutions for improving and restructuring existing company procedures.

Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.

Work closely with internal customers, technicians, stakeholders and managerial staff.
