Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of direct reports, in which you carry functional management and day-to day guidance

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree with 5 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, finance and/or business management related functions OR a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in business management, project management, program management, global supply chain, finance and/or business management related functions

Requirements

Our intern program offers exposure to Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Business Operations. Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Support a range of activities, including Report creating, dataset restructure and data clean up

Requirements:

Knowledge of databases, Power BI, SQL/python is a plus.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry would be an asset but is not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with visualization software (example: PowerBI, Tableau)
Familiarity with biopharmaceutical technologies, physical and life sciences, product development, and regulatory approval processes is desirable
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively and be a team player
Offer flexibility with a willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Job Description:
As a Global Supply Chain Intern, you will be exposed to a variety of supply chain functions and concepts, which may include Buyer and/or Planner responsibilities. Job Accountabilities may include:

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Supplier Technical Engineer, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely availability of purchased materials to support customer needs and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership in resolution of quality problems associated with the purchased materials and engineering issues.

Is the focal point for SARN (Supplier Advanced Reject Notices) and RN (Reject Notices) resolution. Initiates root cause analysis and implements supplier corrective and preventative action plans.
Participates in continuous process improvement and warranty cost recovery related to supplier quality, including recovery of line stop and rework charge analysis.
Collaborate with sourcing specialist, buyer, supplier development engineer, and material scheduler to improve supplier cost, quality, and throughput.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of technological developments and trends for guidance of commodity teams in advancement of design, quality, and manufacturing.
Provides input into the supplier selection process as a technical subject matter expert. Participates on survey teams; collaborates with sourcing specialists and buyers in supplier qualification, selection, and ongoing evaluation.
Coordinates with engineering personnel on matters regarding Concurrent Product and Process Development (CPPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) teams; prove design to production, configuration management, deviations, supplier designs, specification approvals and meeting cost reduction goals.
Participate in design and process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Leads the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and develops the FAPITP (First Article Production Inspection Test Plan) with initial input from Design Engineering. Identifies and provides input to the Buyer for the purchase of supplier tooling.
Qualifications:

Job Purpose:
Position is accountable to establish, administer and implement activities required to support customer requirements. This includes but is not limited to material procurement, material requirement planning and capacity requirement planning and ordering objectives.
Nature & Scope:
This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is accountable for identifying requirements, developing plans and facilitating the fulfillment of all demand streams for assigned purchased parts. Accountabilities:

* Reschedule purchased material commit dates and provide input to Buyer on supplier delivery performance.
* Maintain data accuracy in the BAAN system (e.g., ensure dates are current, part set-up, lot sizes, etc).
* Actively involved in the change configuration process and responsible for establishing purchased part implementation dates. Facilitate collaboration between engineering, operations, supply chain and change control personnel to ensure an on time successful change implementation.
* Monitor revision changes of purchased parts into supermarkets with Supplier, Sourcing Specialist and Production Scheduler in Manufacturing, work with Buyer as necessary to amend contract to incorporate revisions.
* Responsible for drop ship logistics for OV make complete parts.
* Provide supplier schedule information for NPI on specific assigned parts.
* Actively involved in projects in support of business objectives: cost reductions, inventory reduction initiatives, lead - time reduction, lean manufacturing and 6-sigma; at a senior level may champion and/ or lead projects.
* Support demand simulations.
* Maintain and promote the highest level of professionalism and business ethics.
