Maintain item-level forecasts in demand planning systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency with product lifecycle stages. Support post-launch analysis and continuous improvement of new item forecasting accuracy and assumptions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or program coordination in a manufacturing environment (aerospace strongly preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic experience a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
