They develop and maintain channel-level demand and supply plans, lead day-to-day S&OP coordination, and ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets. Objectives: * Understand the interconnectivity between our 3 main functions of supply chain that we manage for NYXPM: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Physical Distribution * Build on this understanding to support projects around Business Intelligence, Process & Change Control, KPIs and Reporting * Develop a sensitivity to the key priorities of the brand and where we win within the industry - leveraging this to bring a Pareto approach to how to we work Goals/Deliverables: * 1-2 projects deliverables per 3 functions * Demand Planning: country catalog cleanup, KPI file maintenance, and analysis * Supply Planning: material status management process & KPIs, discontinuation process & change control * Physical Distribution: creating SOPs, mapping out process & change control for IDCs Skills Required * College Degree or equivalent * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookups, formulas) * Have the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task * Detail oriented and well organized * Team player who can also function well independently * Knowledge of SAP preferred * Knowledge of Business Intelligence apps preferred * Knowledge of international shipping terms preferred

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, supporting demand forecasting, and ensuring accurate reporting to support operational efficiency and cost control. Responsibilities: Analyze domestic inventory levels, sales trends, and demand patterns to improve stock management and minimize overstock or shortages. Support forecasting and demand planning using historical data, statistical modeling, and sales input. Assist in developing and maintaining inventory strategies for current items, new product launches, and product discontinuations. Monitor inventory budgets, purchasing activity, and performance metrics such as inventory turns. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts, purchasing plans, and business objectives. What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain analysis (consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industry preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and/or Power BI. Knowledge of forecasting tools, inventory modeling, and statistical analysis.
