The Supply Chain Manager has oversight and control of end-to-end supply chain operations with visibility of all inventory management, vendor coordination, vendor contract and pricing negotiations, production planning, and international logistics. This role manages timely procurement, efficient material flow, and cost optimization to support business objectives. This manager will gain experience supporting electronics manufacturing through to customer fulfillment in the railway industry on multiple continents.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Logistics
Maintain and develop fulfillment processes locally and at manufacturing facilities
Monitor supply chain, vendor performance, storage units and inventory levels
Develop processes for kitting, packing, labeling, and preparation for shipment locally and for manufacturing facilities
Maintain safety stock of critical materials across multiple locations
Procurement & Vendor Management
Coordinate shipments of raw materials and finished goods to and from vendors
Obtain quotes and evaluate vendor pricing for accuracy and cost reduction
Create vendor requests and manage purchase orders in SAP
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
Purchase critical components to ensure production continuity
Production & SAP Management
Manage SAP transactions, BOMs, routers, storage locations, and STOs
Create production orders and backflush inventory
Submit production forecasts to EMS providers
Process RMAs, including receiving, tagging, and updating tickets in DevOps
Supply Chain Strategy
Monitor and report on component availability and lead times
Develop cost-out strategies across the supply chain (components, transportation, packaging)
Assess and forecast production requirements with contract manufacturers
Evaluate new sources for lowest total landed cost
Review packaging and transportation costs periodically for optimization
Establish performance metrics for suppliers and internal processes
Desired Qualifications:
Light to medium lifting along with pack out, kitting, and labeling work is required
Experience or Training in Supply Chain Management (especially electronics)
Experience with SAP or similar platform and supply chain operations
Able to travel internationally up to 10%
Experience with product lifecycle management systems like Oracle Agile, PTC Windchill, PTC Arena, or similar
Experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 80079-34, or similar
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary
The Lead Supply Chain Planner is a key member of Amtrak's Supply Chain organization. This role ensures that supply meets customer demand by maintaining optimal inventory levels, developing and implementing contingency plans, and analyzing and resolving critical supply chain gaps. The planner is responsible for strategic supply planning initiatives focused on inventory optimization, including improving fill rates and inventory turns. This position collaborates with production, procurement, and upstream suppliers to reduce costs and achieve optimal inventory levels. The Lead Supply Chain Planner also conducts root cause analysis, identifies process gaps, and drives performance improvements.
Essential Functions
* Inventory Planning Leadership: Manage centralized inventory planning functions to align with Amtrak's operational and financial objectives.
* Program Implementation: Develop and implement inventory planning programs, policies, and procedures to improve material availability and minimize corporate cash investments in inventory and related assets.
* SAP & Field Support: Lead support efforts for SAP users and provide assistance to field employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Use SAP, Excel, and Access to conduct root cause analysis, identify gaps, and monitor inventory performance metrics. Drive improvements in inventory turns and Fill Rate through process enhancements.
* Training & Development: Lead training initiatives related to SAP and other supply chain topics.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices to enhance inventory planning and overall supply chain performance.
* KPI Development & Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory accuracy, service levels, and financial targets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in a Supply Chain, Business, or related field required OR equivalent combination of training, education and relevant experience in purchase or materials planning or related fields may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* 10+ years of relevant experience preferred without a degree
* 6+ years of relevant experience required with a degree
* Prior satisfactory job performance.
* Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP

Responsibilities
The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems. This is a support role to assist Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE) professionals in our U.S. global headquarters location in Jeannette, PA. Students will receive “hands-on" experience in the Global Supply Chain Quality department in the rotating equipment industry.
At EEE, we design, build, refurbish and re-engineer products used by some of the largest companies in the world. EEE manufactures steam turbines, centrifugal and axial compressors, cryogenic pumps and expanders, power recovery expanders and gas expanders for use in energy markets worldwide.
All internships will consist of the following elements:
Individual projects to own and complete for real world hands-on experience;
Team project and activities designed to demonstrate cooperation;
Exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities of EEE leadership including participation in company and customer meetings and job shadowing.
The Summer Global Supply Chain Quality Intern will lead the following projects:
Map out process flows and identify areas for quality improvement within the supply chain.
Create and standardize work instructions to ensure consistency across global vendors.
Assist in auditing supplier compliance and maintaining quality system databases.
Work alongside Global Supply Chain Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to revise the company's Component Plan Library.
Preferred candidate: Major in Engineering [any discipline], Business, or IT completing minimum of sophomore year of a Bachelor's Degree. Full time students pursuing an Engineering [any discipline], Business, or IT Master's Degree are encouraged to apply.

SUMMARY
The Advanced Analytics Intern will support Armada's Supply Chain Engineering team by assisting with data exploration, model development, and analytics enabling data-driven decisions across transportation, warehousing, procurement, and inventory operations.
This role will work closely with engineers and analysts to build datasets, automate workflows, and generate insights using data science and machine learning techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis using SQL and Python.
Model Development & Insights
Participate in the development and testing of statistical, geospatial, and machine learning models supporting operational decision-making.
Support creation of metrics, KPIs, and dashboards in Power BI or Python-based visualization libraries.
Apply supply chain knowledge to identify opportunities for cost improvement, service improvement, and process optimization.
Automation & Tooling

Education & Experience
Minimum:
Current coursework in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related bachelor's program.

Exposure to statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning concepts.
Technical Skills

The Digital Distribution Analyst will work with the digital distribution team to support our API portfolio to ensure our APIs meet business needs and are effectively integrated into our partners systems.
