Program governance and Dashboarding for Senior leadership
Willingness to travel to customer/supplier sites on need basis.

We offer a unique perspective into the world of food manufacturing with a 10-12-week paid internship at our Corporate Americas HQ in Northbrook, IL. As a key player on the team, the Logistics Intern will be exposed to several core competencies within our Logistcs team job function.
This is a hybrid role based out of Northbrook, IL.
Key Accountabilities
* Prepare and distribute the daily stock flow report to ensure inventory visibility and accuracy.
* Compile and analyze the weekly import report to monitor inbound logistics performance.
* Conduct market analysis to identify and evaluate potential carrier partners in California, Iowa, New York, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.
* Monitor and track import shipments on a daily basis to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
* Perform weekly audits of carrier invoices to validate billing accuracy and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
* Provide analytical and administrative support for the annual transportation Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
* Assist in managing and reviewing CPU (Cost Per Unit) allowances to ensure alignment with budgetary goals and operational needs.
Desired Skills and Background
* Completion of junior year of undergraduate studies, with a concentration in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Prior experience or exposure to Supply Chain or Finance functions is highly desirable.
* Strong project management and time management capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
* Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, are preferred.

Job Description
This Internship, reporting to the Category Manager, is focused on supporting the analytics and reporting activities of our global procurement organization. This internship would interface with the global supply chain community as well as our strategic finance organization. Additional exposure and development activities will be part of the internship building competencies in quote analysis, project management, and global cross functional team participation.

Here's what you need:
