The primary purpose of this role is to promote a Clean and Safe Supply Chain atmosphere for Associates, Vendors, and Visitors. This position is tasked with maintaining a vigilant presence, enforcing supply chain policies, maintaining traffic flow, and responding to incidents. The Supply Chain AP Agent will work closely with Asset Protection Associates, Supply Chain Leadership, Carrier/Drivers, and Law Enforcement to investigate and address issues that could compromise the physical security and safety of the location. This position will be a first responder on critical incidents and provide support to the Supply Chain teams as needed. This role will require engagement with over-the-road and dedicated fleet drivers including managing inbound & outbound processes in compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT). This position will be responsible for perimeter monitoring and utilizing internal case management systems to capture all pertinent incidents.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a visible and proactive physical security and safety presence throughout the assigned supply chain location to ensure Lowes Safe environment.
Validates physical security of the building, per company policy/procedure, throughout the day (Gates, Doors, Access Control, Perimeter).
Engagement with over-the-road and dedicated fleet drivers including inbound & outbound processes in compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT).
Perform regular safety and physical security audits to ensure proper execution using hand-held mobile devices.
Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior premises to identify potential security concerns both on foot and by using a company-owned vehicle.
De-escalate situations involving associates, visitors, and contractors, using professional techniques.
Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, accidents, and emergencies, such as medical situations or fire alarms.
Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership and associates to enforce policies and procedures.
Report any suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches to the appropriate Leadership.
Utilize case management system to complete detailed incident reports, including accurate descriptions of events, individuals involved, and actions taken.
Utilize CCTV system to monitor physical security and detect unauthorized activities.
Attend monthly Safety Team meetings to stay informed about updates, concerns, and procedural changes.
Maintain all required certifications and licenses as required by Lowes
Participates in court hearings, if applicable. Updates case files and maintains relationships with local Law Enforcement
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 Years Retail, security, first-responder, or military experience (or related field)

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, the Demand Planner plays a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless order-to-delivery and end-to-end supply chain operations. In this highly collaborative position, you'll partner closely with the commercial team to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions that drive business success.
This position is part of the Supply Chain/Logistics department located in Glen Allen, VA, and will be hybrid.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Champion a culture of safety, setting the standard for best practices in every task.
+ Take charge of inventory forecasting and seamless execution for both bulk (truckload)and mini-bulk (tote-drum) deliveries, ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it.
+ Drive logistics cost performance by negotiating and securing the best terms for both current and new business-your big-picture thinking will make a real impact.
+ Lead vendor management and supply chain optimization, using your analytical skills to negotiate win-win agreements and develop sustainable, long-term solutions.
+ Be a catalyst for continuous improvement, spearheading initiatives that deliver measurable results across key performance indicators.
+ Streamline delivery on-time performance and communication, proactively reducing customer delays and enhancing satisfaction at every step.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, logistics, transportation, or inventory management. Experience in the chemical treatment industry is a plus but not mandatory.
+ Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems (experience with Oracle TMS or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required).
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
