Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $106,917-$160,376 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports NPI's supply chain by performing both purchasing and production planning activities. This role is responsible for procuring materials and services, managing supplier communication, monitoring inventory levels, and developing production and material plans that ensure on-time product availability. Strong analytical and communication skills in an MRP/ERP based manufacturing environment are foundational to success. The Oat Milling Supply Chain Specialist plays a critical role in driving the success of the oat supply chain by overseeing grain and by-product procurement, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and administering grower contracts. This role serves as a central connector between growers, procurement, plant operations, transportation partners, and internal teams, including quality and supply chain-to ensure seamless execution from field to facility. In addition to core merchandising responsibilities, this Specialist supports the go-to-market strategy for oat hulls and fines, maximizing value from by-products through targeted sales and market development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory Coordination
Monitor oat inventory levels across mills and third-party facilities; assist in forecasting supply needs based on milling schedules and contract obligations.
Reconcile inbound deliveries with purchase contracts and ensure accurate documentation in inventory systems.
Track oat hulls and other by-product inventories; proactively execute go-to-market strategies for by-products at Belgrade and Saskatoon, including pricing, customer outreach, and sales planning.
Logistics Support
Coordinate inbound transportation for oats via truck, working with carriers and growers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery; partner with MIS Supply Chain team to develop best practices for Oat Milling

Support onboarding of new growers and suppliers into procurement programs.
Participate in grain buying activities, including travel to grower locations and third party grain locations, resolving disputes, and negotiating terms with minimal financial impact

Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager to join the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering team, supporting the Scope 3 Supplier Engagement Program. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the company's 2030 Net Zero Commitment by driving supplier collaboration on emissions reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will lead efforts to engage suppliers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and support emissions data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute engagement strategies with selected suppliers to reduce value chain GHG emissions
Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance GHG reporting maturity and improve data quality
Analyze supplier emissions data, targets, roadmaps, and solutions to identify trends and inform decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams-including procurement and supplier managers-to ensure timely project delivery
Scale supplier and internal initiatives to accelerate value chain decarbonization
Partner with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of new and existing GHG reduction programs
Communicate program progress and insights effectively across internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex datasets; proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools such as Tableau
Deep expertise in GHG accounting, including Scope 3 emissions, supplier target setting, and maturity modeling
Experience in contract negotiations, supplier management, and roadmap development
Proven project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Strategic thinker and collaborative team player with the ability to scale sustainability initiatives across the organization
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diplomatically resolve conflicts and drive alignment
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., Sustainability, Procurement, Engineering, Business Operations)
Familiarity with global and sector-specific sustainability frameworks and initiatives
Strong understanding of infrastructure-related products and services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
