Key Duties & Responsibilities
Optimize inventory levels by balancing supply and demand to prevent stockouts and slow-moving inventory
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Manufacturing Plants, and external suppliers to support commercial strategies
Coordinate meetings with Sales to address inventory needs tied to projects, customer types, and short-, medium-, and long-term sales commitments

Monitor backorders with Supply Chain Logistics to execute distribution orders
Participate in in-person meetings with Sales and Supply ChainAnalysts to support commercial commitments
Provide supervision and guidance to the Supply Chain Assistant
Occasional travel may be required, but it is minimal
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or a similar role preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience working with ERP or supply chain systems a plus
A quick learner who adapts well in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain: Develop, implement and monitor supply chain strategies that align with production schedules and business objectives. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely sourcing of raw materials, purchased parts and ink supply.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure there is no disruption to production. Lead purchasing and warehouse teams to order materials as needed. Responsible for setting safety stock levels and minimum order quantities using historical usage and sales pipeline.
Actively and continuously negotiate with suppliers to reduce procurement costs, volume rebates and/or other incentives whether related to inventory or maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) spending.
Source alternate vendors and minimize sole source suppliers.
Production Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update purchasing planning to ensure parts arrive on time.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production, procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of production schedules with customer demands and supply chain constraints.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any production delays or issues, collaborating with relevant departments to implement solutions and minimize downtime.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production KPI's, inventory levels, and performance metrics for management review.

Oversee timecard review and payroll submission for direct reports and manage time off requests to guarantee adequate staffing for continuous operational needs.
Actively manage and promote safety within the team by setting clear expectations, modeling safe work practices, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

About The Role
The Supply ChainAnalyst conducts inventory analysis on multiple warehouses and improves supply chain operations, by focusing on demand planning, utilizing forecasts, stocking levels and customer stocking agreements to optimize delivery performance while reducing cost. Primary Responsibilities
Inventory management: Review inventory movement for each warehouse to determine whether material on-hand is in sufficient quantity. This includes generating planning reports, analyzing, and ordering product as needed to meet/exceed sales forecast, all while trying to maintain target inventory turns. This may include merging multiple reports.
Determine and maintain optimal stock levels nationwide through stock transfers as an alternative to creating purchase orders to our internal/external suppliers.
Track KPIs such as stock out %, actual stock vs planned stock and weekly purchases vs planned.
Support our monthly SIOP process through strategic demand planning by utilizing sales and purchasing/production reports to maintain our corporate service levels
Own data integrity for all materials of responsibility.
Compile reports of how much was purchased or transferred (e.g., number of containers build, timing of receipts, etc.).
Verify bills from suppliers with bids and purchase orders and forwards documentation for payment approval.
MRO, Lease, Service purchases.
Work with sales to determine delivery requirements
Expedite freight, as needed.
Handle special freight requirements and special equipment, as needed
Experience
5+ years of working experience
Knowledge/ training (preferred):
Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and experience with Logility is a bonus;
Experience with enterprise procurement and sourcing under very tight deadlines;
Basic understanding of lean operating principles;

About the Role
The Demand Analyst plays a key role in forecasting and demand planning for assigned customers and products, acting as the bridge between Sales and Supply teams. You'll help create and maintain accurate forecast models using historical data, market intelligence, and cross-functional input to drive inventory decisions that meet customer needs while minimizing excess inventory.
This role also manages incoming orders for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth order flow through our systems, and supports monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews. You'll assist with departmental projects, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help enhance forecasting tools and processes.
What You'll Do
Develop collaborative, data-driven forecasts using historical sales, market trends, POS data, inventory levels, promotions, and other key inputs.
Align forecasts with inventory objectives and customer service expectations.
Analyze and present demand forecasts, highlighting variances and trends, and recommend adjustments.
Support event and promotional forecasting to ensure accurate item information.
Manage order and system maintenance for assigned accounts, resolving issues related to orders, product information, and pricing.
Communicate proactively with Sales, Supply, and Channel teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, initiatives, and performance.
Monitor customer satisfaction and service levels, balancing client needs with business objectives.
Track and report KPIs on a regular basis, providing insights to management and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate system data parameters to support forecasting processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory management.
Experience in a consumer products environment supporting major retailers preferred.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of forecasting methods and their business impact.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving mindset and a strong service orientation.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, BI tools, Microsoft Excel, and forecasting software.

* Determine and maintain optimal stock levels nationwide through stock transfers as an alternative to creating purchase orders to our internal/external suppliers.
* Track KPIs such as stock out %, actual stock vs planned stock and weekly purchases vs planned.
* Support our monthly SIOP process through strategic demand planning by utilizing sales and purchasing/production reports to maintain our corporate service levels
* Own data integrity for all materials of responsibility.
* Compile reports of how much was purchased or transferred (e.g., number of containers build, timing of receipts, etc.).
* Verify bills from suppliers with bids and purchase orders and forwards documentation for payment approval.
* MRO, Lease, Service purchases.

Experience
