We're looking for a global supplier manager who is passionate about working with engineers to bring early stage product development to scale and building a supply chain to meet this challenge. As the global supplier manager you will build relationships with a number of suppliers and partners across a broad set of industries to negotiate favourable terms and conditions, pricing and secure and confirm availability of product. These supply chains will need to be created in partnership with the engineering teams to help guide the product development as it scales and evolves with technological enhancement and control of quality. The GSM will be accountable for Supplier Relationship Management and costs of the product, with the ability to communicate these to leadership, and work to provide parallel or alternative paths to manufacturing for improvements in cost and demand.
Challenges you will own
Working within a hardware enabled, software company has its challenges regarding establishing supplier relationships for low volume take-up for early adoption of high technology products. The GSM will establish these relationships and manage the requirements in collaboration with our engineering team. In addition, due to the nature of our hardware being an enabler platform for software development, build requirements and demand can be sporadic and therefore our supply chains have to be agile and adaptive to respond to short term requests and continual evolution of the design. Cost management of bill of material is critical and it is the responsibility of the GSM to drive cost out of the supply chain whilst also working with engineering to identify design for manufacture opportunities.

Create preseason sales, gross margin and inventory plans by division and department that support product strategies
Reconcile top down to bottom up division/department plans

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability aligns with merchandising, marketing, sales, and financial strategies-ensuring the right products are in the right place, in the right quantities, at the right time.
You'll Make a Difference By
Forecasting Demand Planning:
Creating and maintaining style-, color-, and size-level demand forecasts for footwear and apparel across wholesale partners.
Leveraging historical sales data, marketing, and merchandising inputs to project demand.
Participating in weekly and monthly forecast reviews and aligning updates with cross-functional partners.
Managing Inventory & Availability:
Monitoring in-stock rates, weeks of supply, and inventory health across key styles and categories.

About You
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in demand planning (apparel or footwear preferred).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis skills; experience with forecasting/planning tools a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Works well with multiple cross-functional partners, comfortable in sharing your recommendation with confidence while being open to all perspectives.
A self-starter who takes the initiative and is flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management, or equivalent
* 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations (forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, logistics)
* Experience managing supplier performance
* Experience in collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve and driving solutions
