The Work:

Here's What You Need:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 1 year focused on Manhattan WMS / Blue Yonder WMS implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Demand Planning
Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple apparel categories, factoring in historical sales, size/color performance, new launches, promotions, and seasonality.
Analyze sales velocity and sell-through by style, color, and size curve to optimize future buy quantities and minimize residual inventory.
Incorporate trend, lifecycle, and replenishment planning to distinguish between core basics and seasonal/limited-edition styles.
Leverage Amazon data (ARA Premium, Brand Analytics, Business Reports) to track category trends, conversion rates, and product-level demand shifts.
Continuously monitor forecast accuracy, sell-through %, and weeks of supply by size and color variant, adjusting plans in response to real-time performance.
Inventory Management & Replenishment

5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, production or research and development
Knowledge of basic marketing, finance, product supply, and procurement principles
Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, innovation stage gate governance, agile project management and capex business case write ups.
*This role is based at our East Hanover office and requires three days onsite per week. No relocation is offered*
The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
