What You'll Bring Demonstrated success building and scaling global supply chains in a hardware or manufacturing startup environment. Deep knowledge of sourcing, vendor selection, and manufacturing across electrical, mechanical, and assembly supply chains. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills across contract manufacturers, 3PLs, logistics providers, and component suppliers. Fluency with supply chain software tools for forecasting, planning, and procurement (e.g., ERP/MRP, NetSuite, Katana, Odoo, etc.). Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to deliver against aggressive production timelines. Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. Nuclear Supply Chain Specialist Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Nuclear Supply Chain Specialist to support the mission-oriented efforts of developing and bringing to market Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS) technologies. Reporting to the Manager of the Zeno's Nuclear Supply Chain Development organization, this is position designed for individuals with technical skills in a critical role to support Zeno's radioisotope fuel and radiological facilities goals. In this role you will: * Support the development of radioisotope supply chain strategies, including sourcing, transportation, and lifecycle planning. * Develop and maintain databases for radioisotope fuel supply chain. * Conduct research into commercial and government radiological suppliers, facilities, and transportation pathways. * Engage with external stakeholder and partners to establish on radioisotope supply chain for Zeno's needs, including from recycling and reprocessing activities. * Support Zeno's efforts to recover radioisotopes of interest from industry-wide recycling and reprocessing activities. * Help evaluate regulatory requirements and prepare supporting documentations. * Collaborate with engineering, project management, and regulatory teams on Zeno projects. * Draft briefing materials, technical summaries, and meeting notes for internal and external stakeholders. * Other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications and Skills * B.S. in engineering discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. * Experience working with the used nuclear fuel, radioisotope decay concepts, radiological material handling, ALARA principles. * Must be a self-starter and able to interface with internal and external stakeholders with minimal direction. * Demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Performs effectively under pressure and consistently meets deadlines in uncertain environments. * Skilled working independently and in team environments. * Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
