The Supply Chain Coordinator's core responsibility is to facilitate and support the production and logistics functions of the supply chain team. What You'll Do Work with finished goods and fabric vendors to request, book, and confirm shipments using our nominated freight forwarders.Communicate with nominated suppliers on a daily basis to ensure the most accurate and up to date information has been obtained as it relates to purchase orders, deliveries, and shipments.Assist with the shipping and receiving of samples needed for development, TOP, quality inspections, counter sourcing, etc.Support the resolution of issues related to garment deliveries and follow up to make sure all appropriate teams are informed.Review and report ETD's / ETA's on a weekly basis, relating all appropriate information to internal teams and documents as needed.Manage and update the receiving calendar for all distribution centers.Assist with purchase, management, and tracking of non-inventory supplies to service both warehouse locations.Reconcile ASN's, vendor invoices, original purchase orders and physical deliveries to ensure accurate inputs and data matching throughout.Assist and support with special projects throughout the year as needed on the Sourcing and Supply Chain teams.
Who You AreMinimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role. Apparel industry preferred but not required.Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of V-lookup and ability to create pivot tables is a must. The ability to create files, maintain data in the files, create formulas, and work quickly in the program is required.
