Our Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is an accelerated training program for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today's fast-paced manufacturing environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of Supply Chain within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your technical skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various manufacturing settings.
This program is structured to last 24-36 months and will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will complete two distinct roles within one or more plant locations:
Your first rotation will be as a process lead for 12-18 months. You will own reliability improvement for an assigned production line and develop the operating teams' technical understanding and mastery of process control. You can also expect to:
Verify the accuracy of the operating equipment efficiency data and work with line leads, maintenance leads and other plant leads to address gaps Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service Develop implementation plans and standards and/or lead the planning and implementation for one or more critical improvement processes

+ Conducts competency assessments with Supply Chain stakeholders and operational professionals, determine gaps in curriculum/programs, and create/manage curriculum strategy for the Company.
+ Actively participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to meet training objectives.
+ Partner with third-party vendors to deliver training on new and existing processes and competencies.
+ Establish standard work and best practices that can be leveraged across the business.
+ Proactively and routinely inform management of training status, gaps, and options to close training gaps.
+ Develop and coordinate the on-boarding process.
+ Assure compliance with training documentation procedures and supply chain personnel training records.
+ Manages resources to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.
+ Evolves and expands the curriculum, leveraging best practices and future-focused innovations to: Develops and oversees the analysis of learner feedback and other data to promote continuous improvement of development solutions, consistently moving development to the next level.
+ Executes with strong project management skills, including monitoring activities and managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, why, and how often, and knowing when to escalate.
+ Leads with excellence and foster a high-performing team in virtual environments; develops any direct reports through advocacy, coaching, mentoring, and training.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Use the guide below to determine education and experience for this position.
+ Bachelor's degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology, or related field.
+ Minimum ten (10) years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ MBA or other advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology, or related field.
+ Knowledge of DoD supply chain practices and policies.
+ Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and how they apply to federal contractor supply chain operations.

+ Travel up to 25%.

Nationwide Salary Range: The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salaries paid are subject to the conditions of the job including, but not limited to, the physical worksite location.
+ $68,000 - 115,000
