The Factory Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete flow of materials into, within, and out of the manufacturing facility. This includes the receiving and storage of semi-finished goods and packaging materials, staging for production, tracking production receipts, and coordinating the shipment of finished goods to distribution centers. This role also ensures full inventory control across all on-site materialsincluding ingredients, packaging, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods. The Factory Supply Chain Manager leads a team of warehouse supervisors, clerks, cycle counters, and material handlers, working closely with cross-functional partners in manufacturing, transportation, material planning, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations and inventory integrity.

Develop and deliver supply chain performance dashboards and reporting to leadership
Maintain clean, organized dock and storage areas to promote operational efficiency and inventory accuracy

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all supply chain functions-including procurement, production planning, inventory management and logistics-from demand forecasting and replenishment through delivery of finished goods to customers. Drive operational efficiency and ensure Continuous Improvement across processes to meet cost, quality, and service objectives.
Logistics
Oversee and optimize the performance of inbound/outbound logistics through effective management of KPIs and daily board meetings.
Coordinate and manage international and high value cold chain shipments to ensure RTFT.
Stay current on Import and Export cold chain regulations to reduce delayed and/ or damaged products.
Continuously evaluate current couriers and freight forwarders to reduce costs and improve service quality.
Optimize and standardize packaging procedures and materials and collaborate with QA to validate them to ensure RTFT.

Oversee cycle counts/annual counts and ensure ERP health.

Periodically review historical sales data and adjust Min/Max quantities to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts or excess.
Maintain deep expertise in the Sage ERP system; mentor team members and implement process improvements to maximize system utilization.
Increase automation of routine tasks through Sage ERP to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Procurement
Oversee and optimize the performance of purchasing process through KPIs and daily/weekly board meeting.
