**Position Summary**
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for optimizing the use of company assets in the acquisition of goods and services. Develop knowledge about supply of materials, formulating short and long term strategies to insure quality and continuity of supply while minimizing cost.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Analyzes internal usage patterns and external market trends for assigned items.

+ SCS Level I will be responsible for lab-wide consumables (CMI and R&D).

POSITION SUMMARY
10X Health is seeking a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain Director to own and evolve our vendor ecosystem across supplements, pharmaceuticals, and lab partners. This role is critical to ensuring speed, reliability, and scalability in our supply chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business growth.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in vendor management, RFP creation, inventory forecasting, and contingency planning, while also being willing to “roll up their sleeves” to troubleshoot daily issues. This position partners closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, Clinical, and Finance, ensuring alignment, visibility, and proactive solutions to supply chain challenges.
OBJECTIVES
Oversee and manage all key vendor relationships (domestic and international) across labs, supplements, and pharmaceuticals.
Establish and lead a best-in-class RFP and vendor selection process.
Negotiate vendor terms and maintain backup vendors for contingency planning.
Drive demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment using systems such as QuickBooks (and future NetSuite integration).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain readiness for marketing campaigns and clinical operations.
Implement reporting frameworks to monitor vendor SLA adherence and KPIs.
Support training and adoption of new supply chain software systems.
Build a supply chain foundation that enables scalability and future VP-level leadership potential.
