    Supply Chain/EDI Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain/EDI Manager to oversee and manage the electronic data interchange (EDI) operations within our retail environment. This role is critical to ensuring seamless communication and data flow between our organization and merchandise suppliers, distribution center operations, and purchasing teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure successful transmission of all EDI documents (Purchase Orders, Advance Shipping Notices, Invoices) to and from merchandise suppliers. Serve as the primary liaison between Information Technology, purchasing and allocation personnel, and multiple distribution centers to identify and resolve issues affecting EDI document flow. Collaborate closely with third-party EDI vendors to maintain and enhance EDI capabilities. Work with distribution center operations staff and merchandise purchasing and allocation personnel to troubleshoot and remediate EDI-related issues. Perform data analytics and problem resolution using SQL queries and scripts. Become familiar with host merchandising and distribution systems and functions. Maintain documentation of EDI processes, workflows, and issue resolutions. Support onboarding of new suppliers into the EDI system and ensure compliance with EDI standards. Provide regular reporting and insights on EDI performance and exceptions. Organize and host regular joint status meetings distribution center operations, purchasing, and allocation teams. Required Qualifications Proven experience with retail EDI document flow including 850 (Purchase Orders), 856 (Advance Shipping Notices), and 810 (Invoices). Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and experience with BI reporting. Proficiency in writing SQL queries and scripts for data analysis and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external vendors. LRL has increasing needs for in-house manufacture of material for clinical supplies and will therefore construct a new campus to manufacture Clinical Trial (CT) Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) to meet needs for an expanding portfolio (more and new areas), to accelerate development timelines, and to enhance supply chain robustness. The brand-new facility also known as Lilly Medicine Foundry (LMF) will utilize the latest technology to augment the current clinical supply chain for small molecules (SM), oligonucleotides, peptides, and Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), monoclonal antibodies and bioconjugates, and add new capabilities including mRNA. The new site will be built using the latest high-tech equipment, advanced highly integrated and automated manufacturing systems, and have a focus on minimizing the impact to our environment. What You'll Be Doing: As the Supply Chain Analyst you will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with supply chain technology solutions for the Foundry. Responsibilities will involve interacting with the supply chain business leads and global Tech@Lilly support functions to assist with the implementation of supply chain IT systems such as ERP, Cold Chain, inbound and outbound clinical supply chain systems and scheduling and planning solutions. How You'll Succeed: * Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, quality) and IT teams. You will ensure that technology solutions are aligned with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements. * Act as Tech@Lilly key contact SME for Foundry supply chain IT systems. * Leverage strong understanding of functional business processes to enable key area stakeholders to meet business outcomes. * Accurately translate business processes into technical terms and vice versa. * Produce and maintain project and validation documentation. * Ensure systems remain in a validated state and manage their lifecycle through releases, recapitalization, and retirement. * Ensure the incident, problem, configuration, and change/release management are all accomplished in alignment with and understanding of business needs. * Partner with Global Supply Chain and site Tech at Lilly teams to implement integration solutions between systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP eWM, MES, LIMS, QMS, AGVs and additional systems when identified. * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional IT support to end-users and addressing their needs promptly. * Be part of a strong site culture based in Lilly values, expectations, innovation, and operational excellence standards. Your Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * At least 3 years of IT experience working with supply chain technologies. * At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment. * Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role What You Should Bring: * Understanding of regulatory requirements in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), such as FDA regulations for pharmaceutical manufacturing. * Solid knowledge of Computer System Validation process. * Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex IT issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. * Strong customer service and communication skills to maintain high end-user satisfaction. * Proficiency in handling IT changes, updates, and system upgrades with minimal disruptions and in accordance with industry best practices. * Proficiency in ITIL principles, including incident, problem, and change management, to streamline IT support processes. * Previous Agile experience. * Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., ITIL, AI, Cloud, etc.) is a plus. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 - $151,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
