Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of warehouse and yard areas. Manage the full-cycle delivery process, including removal of damaged materials, accurate stocking of orders, and coordination with relevant managers. Maintain transparent communication with customers, promptly addressing any issues related to orders and delivery. Monitor material deliveries from other yards, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon timelines. Coordinate daily activities of team members, motivating them to achieve productivity, teamwork, safety, and quality goals. Foster collaboration across departments to maximize productivity and cultivate an inclusive environment. Develop and refine performance plans, seeking continuous process improvements. Uphold service level requirements throughout operations.
