We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply ChainManager to oversee our manufacturing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in process improvement, demand planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless production flow. Responsibilities:
Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain material resources as needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
Work with Finance, Engineering to make sure all needed information and communication are adequate between the MRP and financial software databases
Provides internal updates based on customer orders, establishes lead times for raw material purchases and production schedules, and maintains production inventory per schedules
Coordinates the entire material transaction process, including but not limited to purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and replenishment, to ensure seamless operations and material availability
Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain
Drive improvements in the supply chain to achieve negative or neutral purchase price variances each year
Develops and maintains detailed inventories of direct materials and supplies to optimize production schedule and ensure On Time In Full (OTIF)
Manage new part set-up in ERP and maintain part ensuring accurate and up-to-date part maintenance
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies for raw materials ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials
Monitors delivery performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to provide quality materials on time and in full; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
Implement, maintain, and update applicable QMS system documents
Liaison for vendor issues and provide solutions resulting in better business relationships with Gilero
Work with Business Development team on Material Liability agreements for any at risk purchases with longer lead times and higher value prices
Support pilot production operations through sourcing materials, maintaining accurate inventory on pilot materials onsite, consolidating purchase power with preferred vendor, and ensuring separation of pilot and production materials where possible.
Support business development in quoting raw material and transport costs associated with new business unit price quotes.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize excess stock, ensure product availability, and reduce costs
Utilize forecasting tools and techniques to predict customer demand and optimize inventory levels
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of cross-functional teams
Manager Skills/Qualifications:
4 year degree
10+ years experience
Knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA/ISO), preferred
Experience with building electro-mechanical assemblies in a regulated environment strongly preferred.

Job Description
What You'll Do
* Manages inventory control through SAP to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate data entry.
* Oversees transactional order picking and inventory management processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Monitors MES system (PAS-X) and SAP communications to maintain accurate batch genealogy, processing Idoc failures when necessary.
* Identifies and resolves warehouse issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
* Performs testing of ERP systems to ensure operational effectiveness and process improvement.
* Provides guidance and training to warehouse associates, utilizing SAP expertise to support their operational tasks.
* Creates and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for warehouse processes.
* Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Participates in projects (e.g., based on customer or internal requirements or interests)
* Conducts data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain
* Ensures supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
* Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
* Associate's degree in supply chainmanagement, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field with at least 7 years of related experience; or
* Bachelor's degree in supply chainmanagement, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field with at least 5 years of related experience; or
* Proficiency in supply chainmanagement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills
