Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality is factored into product and process design. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a cGMP environment. Experience with aseptic product manufacturing and thermal processing. Proven experience designing and implementing sustainable quality programs. Enthusiasm for project work and a desire to make a significant impact through best-in-class quality systems. Ability to identify and eliminate process waste, leading others towards continuous improvement. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools preferred. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with all levels of the organization. Driving Quality in Execution: Enhance the accessibility and utilization of the Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS). Serve as the primary contact for customer-facing HCQM activities, ensuring customer needs are translated into the quality system and effectively communicated internally. Prepare for and represent the organization during customer audits. Develop and manage KPIs for the QA department, including shelf-life monitoring and extensions for raw materials and finished products. Manage document control, pest control, management of change processes, and KPI reporting.

This role is responsible for the optimization, strategic growth and full P&L management of the transportation and logistics department supporting our RNG facilities, as well as entry into related markets. Experience in agriculture, waste hauling, renewable energy, or related industries strongly preferred. Experience with natural gas vehicle fleets (NGVs) and/or CNG operating experience is preferred.
