Streamline processes for order processing, procurement, and demand fulfillment to increase productivity and meet customer expectations. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain. Education/Experience is required when indicated, desired otherwise. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus Proven experience as a Supply Chain Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools (e.g., Fiix, Procore, ERP systems, inventory management software, forecasting tools) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs clearance is a plus Professional certifications such as APICS (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or CSCMP are advantageous Physical Demand Field work will include work outside and exposed to the weather, high elevations, confined spaces, electrical components, both stationary and rotating equipment, manure and other agricultural wastes, gases and liquids that are compressed/pressurized, toxic, caustic, or acidic, and/or flammable, dust, exposure to high heat/cold weather, high winds, and high noise. Compensation Salary is paid on a bi-weekly basis and will be consummate with the value and experience the candidate brings to the role.
