What would you do?
Most of the team works on one or more projects at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Principal Director level, it could be:
+ Act as a thought partner to Accenture and client senior leadership on digital transformation strategies and system investments

Basic Qualifications
Here's what you need:

POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Supply Chain Plant Manager directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Manage and organize supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods until storage area.
* Manage resources, including staff and equipment, to support plant warehouse and logistic platform activities within a given budget.
* Plan and coordinate demand, including the launch of delivery schedules to suppliers, inventory, and production planning, to ensure reliable material availability, mitigate potential shortages, and maintain a consistent material flow.

WHAT YOU HAVE

The Henderson Products Commodity Manager is responsible for all aspects of supplier management within a defined commodity scope. Under the framework of a lean/JIT enterprise, develop an in-depth understanding of the commodity and global marketplace. Secure external information through publications, meetings and seminars to serve as the DD subject matter expert in said commodity. Benchmark DD performance within defined commodity.
Utilize problem solving skills to eliminate supplier deficiencies and implementation of corrective actions to eliminate root cause failures. Facilitate replacement product and return of defective materials and appropriate financial credits/inventory adjustments. Coordinate with appropriate resources and the ECN process to assure product specifications and BOMs are accurately maintained.
Present appropriate training materials for continuous education of supplier organizations and their suppliers. Leverage supplier resources to educate the DD organization as well.
Support new product development in conjunction with Engineering, Operations and other departments, including new materials and manufacturing technologies, to meet product launch mileposts. Research suppliers and evaluate products as required.

The Henderson Products Commodity Manager is responsible for all aspects of supplier management within a defined commodity scope. Under the framework of a lean/JIT enterprise, develop an in-depth understanding of the commodity and global marketplace. Coordinate with appropriate resources and the ECN process to assure product specifications and BOMs are accurately maintained.

You will use your expertise in analysis, supply chain processes, and reporting to provide solutions in an understandable and actionable manner as well as assist with integrating analytics within all aspects of the digital supply chain! In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partner seamlessly with a cross-functional, global workforce to drive business solutions and define, track, and report critical performance metrics.
Apply business reporting and analytics to make tactical decisions while finding opportunities for strategic improvement.
Drive global strategy in the areas of logistics, indirect materials, services, capital, setting strategies to increase purchasing power, reduce overall spend, and improve payment terms.
Serves as a liaison between Global Supply Chain organization, suppliers, and other Emerson organizations and departments.
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects.
Build processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
Build and deliver reports and presentations to collaborators.
Build and launch of training materials related to supply chain tools and solutions.
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
Use of data to identify supply chain risks due to macroeconomic or geopolitical factors.
Supplier development activities.
Supplier consolidation activities.
Optimizes supplier performance through isolation of root causes / problem solving.
Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems and improvements.
Track important metrics and report on supply chain's performance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business related field
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting, glean insights from disparate data sources
Analytical mind with eye for business, able to communicate complicated topics to a broad audience
Familiarity with supply chain processes
Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, Impact oriented, and thrives in team environments
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
4 year minimum relevant experience in Procurement, Operations, and/or Data Analytics or similar experience is preferred
Experience with Digital Transformation and AI/GenAI/AgenticAI is a bonus
High degree of creativity and latitude encouraged
Detailed with excellent organizational abilities
