The position will support our 4/10 B shift with a standard work schedule of Monday - Thursday from 4:00pm - 2:00am, but may shift based on business needs.

The Manager Supply Chain 1 oversees the coordination of schedules for the production floor as well as ensuring the flow of parts, materials, and assemblies between departments is done in a timely manner. They will make certain that the manufacturing process operates efficiently and reliably with assistance from the expediting group. Part of their responsibilities includes the estimation and agreement of timescales with the clients and the other managers. You will support driving supplier delivery performance, set execution targets, and track performance in support of achieving program financial goals. A successful candidate will be ready to lead multi-disciplined teams in a variety of complex tasks while also developing process improvements and creating the tools necessary for exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team to company goals with KPI's
Oversees the day-to-day workflow of production staff
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
Maintain acceptable inventory accuracy levels through process controls on manufacturing floor
Develop trend analysis tools examining WIP and inventory which effectively signal abnormality within the process and provide guidance to correction
Monitor each programs plan and actuals to ensure optimal line balancing, WIP control, and elimination of over production
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, logistics and/or warehousing, OR a Master's Degree with 2 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, logistics and/or warehousing OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 8 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, manufacturing, logistics and/or warehousing
Must have a minimum of 2 year of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs (prior to starting)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of a Material Requirements Planning (MRP)/ Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

Primary Level Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $142,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. This position is in support of the Sentinel Program aka Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) contract. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for this position.
The purpose of the Program is to replace the current ICBM system, including the weapon systems command and control; flight, launch and ground systems; and cyber elements.

**Material Planning Supply Chain Analyst**
The Supply Chain analyst supports the network with data analysis and coordination to support supply chain operations in BCD.
