What You'll Bring CNC machining experience (required)-hands‑on familiarity with milling/turning processes, tooling, speeds/feeds, and GD&T. 5-10+ years in manufacturing/operations with 3+ years leading supervisors/teams in a machine shop or close equivalent. Proven results improving throughput, reducing changeover and scrap, and hitting schedule adherence. Working knowledge of ERP/MES for scheduling, work orders, and capacity planning. Strong communication, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship. Nice to Have Experience with ISO 9001 (or AS9100/IATF), PPAP/FAI, and metrology. Lean/Six Sigma exposure (SMED, value stream mapping).
