Oversees the entire lifecycle of materials: including working with general contractors (“GCs”) on their material and service procurement schedules for critical steel and other construction materials needed.
Oversee the following GC-managed activities:
On-site logistics, equipment and materials
Site Material management and delivery systems
Tracking equipment and materials usage including entry to job site, unloading receipt, inventory, inspection, storage management, shortage, and damage reporting
Management of on-time deliveries to job site including inventory updates/delivery records
Management of onsite storage facilities (and offsite facilities, as needed)
Establishment of laydown areas, management of inventory supply and withdrawals

Global Demand Planning Manager - Ultrasound
This role will drive strategic global forecasting and lead the demand planning process for the Ultrasound Business to enable data-driven decisions and operational excellence.
Your role:
In this role, you'll own the development and finalization of the global demand forecast for the Ultrasound Business, using historical data, advanced models, and market insights to align with company objectives.
You will lead the demand planning cycle, orchestrate meetings and alignment sessions (including Global BU Final Forecast Plan and regional Sales & Operations Planning), and act as a strategic link between demand and supply functions.
You'll mentor and develop demand planners, guide succession planning efforts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the global demand planning team.
You'll partner with regional and global stakeholders across supply chain, IT, and finance to ensure forecasting tools and systems are aligned with evolving business needs.
This role offers the opportunity to influence planning transformation initiatives, develop leadership capability, and shape integrated planning processes across a global business landscape.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 8+ years of experience (or 6+ years with a Master's degree) in demand planning, supply chainmanagement, data analysis, or project management, ideally within a global matrix organization.
Your skills include advanced forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and systems knowledge (o9, ERP systems, inventory management tools), with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and Sales & Operations Planning processes.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply ChainManagement, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
You're an effective communicator and strategic thinker, with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders in a global setting.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You're passionate about continuous improvement, eager to mentor others, and comfortable leading transformation efforts across geographies.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA and for Cambridge, MA is $122,640 to $196,224
The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $109,500 to $175,200
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
