The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
+ Engage with senior client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Industrial while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support Industrial clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Industrial Clients
+ Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model
+ Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Position Overview:
The Director, Supply Chain will focus on ensuring continuous supply for Avalyn's clinical trial materials, including drug-device combination products used across Avalyn's inhaled therapy portfolio. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Project Management, as well as Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and device manufacturers globally to accomplish project objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies for manufacturing, labeling, packaging, device handling, distribution, and return of clinical trial materials (CTMs), including drug-device combination products, to support early- to late-stage clinical trials.

Key requirements for this role are:

The SCM Manager is responsible for overseeing all Supply Chain related activities involving procurement of material, production planning, material movement within the facility, including all shipping and receiving functions, and all inventory control. The site SCM Manager is also responsible for the development of action plans and resources to meet Site and Corporate level targets and objectives such as cost reduction, PPV, work order planning, cycle counting and all other materials metrics in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to all materials related functions such as Purchasing and Planning
Create demand management and planning cadence
Ownership of all site ERP planning parameters related to demand management.
Risk management and supply chain modeling
Work directly with customers to gain understanding of customers demand pattern and how it can be modelled to our ERP business process
Monitor factory capacity planning and recommend solutions to level load the factory
Identify new demand or demand change issues and recommend actions to business units
Monitor inventory level and plan order quantities for both components and assembly level to optimize inventory turn and to support business objectives
Develop monthly and quarterly site's sales commit vs demand loads
Coordinate analysis, gather supply chain best practices and develop strategies to support business units
Ensure internal and external customers receive the highest level of service and operational integrity
Manage the activities of demand management, capacity planning, supply chain, including but not limited to recruiting and training, disciplinary action if required, performance review, etc.
Perform all other duties, as assigned, to meet our Quality Policy; Exceed our Customer satisfaction and DO it right the first time
Continuous improvement as part of our daily life
Track, report and drive actions for inventory management by customer
Ensure that the Company's established procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functions
Perform all aspects of performance management, evaluations, disciplinary action, mentoring, and training
Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore's various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security
Support all corporate and site 6S objectives
Perform all other duties, as assigned
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Qualifications
Experience/Education:
BA/BS Required.
8-10+ years of materials related experience in Purchasing, Planning & Materials.
Experience working in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) Preferred.
In depth understanding of ERP framework and workflow.
APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred.

Role Overview:
The Material Planning Senior Manager will lead material planning, with direct responsibility for developing and managing processes and monitoring operating strategies in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Utilizing SAVIOM, Excel, and Veranova's ERP system, this role will integrate production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing scheduling for a portfolio of client-owned products.
Core Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process from the ground up, aligning demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial analysis to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
Manage SAVIOM planning system daily
Ensure materials are available to meet production timelines while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Develop and maintain mid- to long-term material requirements plans based on the master production schedule (MPS), customer forecasts, and inventory strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish, align and maintain tactical range assumptions and corresponding production plans that consider capacity, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements
Perform and optimize supply planning, capacity, utilization, and detailed scheduling assessments to validate business requirements and client demand scenarios. Objectively evaluate options/trade-offs and develop Site Leadership -level recommendations
Facilitate and drive cross functional prioritization and coordination of monthly and quarterly Production plans with Manufacturing, ARD, PRD, Quality, Procurement, and Project/Program management. Prioritize, coordinate, and drive resolution to any issues, changes or interruptions that could impact the Production Plans
Monitor material requirements planning for all GMP and Non-GMP materials. Analyze and plan material requirements based on Production plans and client demands across the site. Adjust the Production Plans and requirements by analyzing changes in client demands, inventory levels, production schedules, QA/QC needs, etc.
Support the enhancement and implementation of planning processes and procedures, and the implementation of materials planning through the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
Provide guidance to the cross-functional scheduling and coordination meetings to ensure the on-time execution and delivery of products as committed to clients
Maintain, and refine key planning and scheduling related data, performance indicators and measurements to provide reliable data-driven insights to site leadership for strategic decision making
Track the implemented planning data and inputs to reporting tools through the ERP System (D365), MS Excel, Power BI, and other technologies to improve production, material planning and scheduling and site wide planning
Support audits and inspections by providing accurate material traceability and documentation

Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's Degree, in Supply ChainManagement, Engineering, or Analytics.
Developing and managing the S&OP process in a CDMO environment
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and automation to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. Experienced in leveraging Excel for financial modeling, supply chain analytics, and reporting to drive efficiency and strategic insights.
Experience with an ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, BW/BI)
Experience in global supply chain planning processes and managing execution with/ through global client planning and scheduling systems.
Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements (EMA, DEA, etc.)
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written
Strong business and financial acumen, including ability to effectively implement business strategies, manage direct reports, and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
Preferred
Advanced degree, or Certification in Supply ChainManagement (e.g., APICS CIPM/CSCP certification) strongly preferred.
