Essential Functions: * Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to seamlessly align demand, supply, raw material, and distribution strategies. * Drive the implementation of supply chain planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, ensure product availability, and meet customer demand in line with service level expectations. * Partner with commercial, marketing, and demand teams to analyze demand patterns, sales forecasts, and market trends, proactively shaping data-driven supply scenarios for optimal decision-making. * Partner with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to identify and implement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and streamline supply chain performance. * Oversee supply planning, ensuring on-time delivery, optimized lead times, efficient inventory management, tracking production progress, and conducting root cause analysis to address variances and drive continuous improvement. * Deploy industry best practices to optimize inventory management while maintaining optimal stock levels. This includes control management measures, such as aged inventory, safety stocks, reorder points, and economic order quantities, to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts for all finished goods, work in progress, and raw materials. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of planning data leveraging supply chain planning software to enhance scheduling processes, unlocking efficiencies through advanced functionality and strategic improvements. * Spearhead strategic improvement initiatives, enhancing supply chain planning effectiveness and fostering continuous operational advancements. * Embrace additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business priorities and enhance operational success. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or related field. * 6+ years of experience in supply chain management or related. * Experience with inventory management, demand forecasting methodologies, supply chain planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
