The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Utilities while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Utilities clients ( (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Utilities Clients

Position Description:
This role will be customer-facing while also managing communication and coordination across internal teams and outside suppliers. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction, streamline communication, and support on-time delivery of NPI and production parts.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Manchester, CT facility.
Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and program updates.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and purchasing to ensure customer requirements are met.
Support NPI schedules by proactively communicating updates to customers.
Monitor and expedite hardware with purchasing to ensure production and delivery commitments are met.
Track and follow up on outside processing (plating, heat treat, special processing), coordinating with purchasing to resolve bottlenecks.
Seek opportunities to improve communication flow, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or program coordination in a manufacturing environment (aerospace strongly preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic experience a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Supply Chain Operations Internship: In this role you will be responsible for key elements involved in supply chain related daily operations. This may include materials management (forecasting, planning, fulfillment, logistics, and distribution) and sourcing (strategic commodity management, contract structuring, negotiation, suppliermanagement) within your assigned site. This internship is a great first step for those interested in our OMLP program after graduation.

* Learn and understand state-of-the-art methods of manufacturing,

* Maintain high-quality standards via risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective action, and the application of statistical controls
* Ensure safe work conditions via Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives
* Learn and apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive productivity, on-time delivery, process capability, and stable operations in our increasingly complex and demanding environment
* Supporting delivery efforts for sourced components by working with our shops and suppliers while building project management skills, negotiation skills, and business acumen

* Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. on a 4.0 scale without rounding
* Attending a full-time registered and nationally accredited bachelor or graduate program (accepted majors are listed below)
* Willingness and ability to work in any of the 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations
* Reliable transportation, as many of our sites do not have public transportation available
