About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute THS supply chain strategy that enables business growth, market expansion, and product availability.
With the Director of Operations, lead sourcing and procurement for manufacturing and finished goods, ensuring consistent quality standards.
Manage and develop a team of three direct reports.
Negotiate contracts and managesupplier relationships, with a focus on cost savings, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
Oversee demand planning and inventory optimization to meet the needs of our customers shopping through our retail stores, e-commerce, and field sales.
Manage logistics and distribution across company-owned warehouses, retail locations, Amazon, and other possible third-party partners. Own price/contract negotiations and vendor/service management.
Optimize technology and tools (Netsuite, Netstock, WMS) for visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
Track and report on KPIs such as inventory turns, fill rate, on-time delivery, and landed cost performance and manage department performance.
Identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing, transportation, and global supply disruptions.
Partner and collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product Development to support launches, promotions, and expansion.
Qualifications
5-8+ years of progressive experience in supply chainmanagement, ideally in beauty, CPG, or fashion/lifestyle brands.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification strongly preferred.
Proven track record in procurement, global sourcing, logistics, and inventory planning.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and supply chain platforms (WMS, TMS).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with international suppliers.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.

About the role:
Source and procure complex, specialized goods and services. Owns contractual management for the supplier. Responsible for subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, administration and closeout phases. Coordinates and collaborates with key stakeholders such as legal, contracts, finance, planning, operations, program management, engineering, and quality. As part of a cross-functional team, candidate will monitor and manage schedule, cost, technical and quality performance of suppliers in support of US Government programs. Subcontract Specialists will interface with supplier leadership teams to motivate and drive excellence in performance of contractual requirements.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, administration and closeout phases
Managessupplier performance throughout the subcontracting lifecycle
Ensures compliance with all FAR, DFARS and public law requirements, as well as company policies and procedures
Identifies strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk through strategic and targeted negotiations

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience, a Master's degree with at least 3 years' experience OR 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience must be in Subcontracts Management, Contracts management, Proposal Price/Cost Analysis, Procurement, Program or Project management, Advanced Planning/MRP, and/or Strategic Sourcing
Experience with SAP/ MRP or related business application software.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the business needs

Master's degree
Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS.
Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.
Supplier selection/management experience on US Government contract(s).
