Principal Responsibilities: •Manage ABC models for the Madison and Findlay facilities as well as transfers to the United Kingdom plant. •Create and manage inventory forecasts for both facilities. Work with cross functional teams to understand customer demand and timeline requirements. •Prepare purchasing recommendations for all raw materials. •Participate in monthly sales forecasts meeting. •Work with Sales and Purchasing departments to forecast customer demand, manage supplier capacity and lead times, and achieve inventory goals. •Physical inventory and cycle count reconciliation and metrics. •Provide external and internal audit support Qualifications Minimum Education, Skills, and Work Experience Required: •Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field required •3 - 5 years experience with a background in inventory management •Experience with Microsoft Office Products •Advanced Excel skills required with a complete understanding of pivot tables, Vlookups, Conditional Formatting, IF Statements, charts and graphs •Ability to organize work into priorities and meet deadlines. •Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy required Work Experience and/or Qualification Preferences: •2 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with production planning or inventory control background preferred. •Experience with an MRP / ERP system a plus •Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners at all levels on a timely basis. •Strong ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines •Strong ability to multi-task and manage own time efficiently •Must have the physical ability to travel within a large-scale plant.
