Position Summary
The Procurement manager will ensure Sol-ti products are always available for our delightful customers. We would describe this person as a highly organized team player obsessed with production operations and the ability to execute our long-term supply chain strategies and business goals. Our team is looking for an experienced supply chain professional with a strong delivery record and strong leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional, and cross-organizational business initiatives. This position will also focus on setting and monitoring key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinating cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Career Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with suppliers and potential suppliers, build strong relationships with a reliable supplier base, including farmers, growers, processors, and distributors
Develop and implement short-term and long-range sourcing strategies, create sourcing calendars, manage material inventories, and analyze commodity and market data
Excellent knowledge of market analysis, perishable category strategy, supplier relationship management ‘should-cost' models, and supplier continuous improvement programs
Develop and manage supplier performance KPIs on cost, quality, and service, while ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Troubleshoot supply chain challenges and support forecasting and manufacturing to ensure consistent product availability
Work with internal stakeholders (quality, operations, etc.) to support new supplier onboarding and product setup
Lead using demonstrated and proven experience and the application of best practice procurement skills
Ability to influence at an Executive Level both internally and externally. Ability to lead and influence peer groups both internally and externally
Conduct deep dive analysis on current operations and drive cost reduction initiatives
Monitor processes and ensure best practices are shared among all manufacturing locations.
Operate as the key contact point to help build models for network design and optimization work.
Dive deep into forecasting planning models to identify risks and opportunities and resolve constraints promptly
Manage contracts with suppliers and manufacturers by reviewing and monitoring SLA's
Ensure all material arrives on specific deadlines and into stock, right place, right time, right quality
Resolve and document purchase order discrepancies such as non-conformance or price discrepancies with suppliers
Commit to following food safety policy, quality and regulatory requirements of FDA, USDA Organic NOP and SQF.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Pay Transparency:
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$240,000 - $360,000
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.

Supply Chain and Quality Management: 60%
Responsible for On-Time and On-Quality Delivery of Supplier propulsion systems: Create and manage short-term recovery plans.

Support the Industrial Quarterly Review (IQR) process and capacity assessments, proactively participate, anticipate planning / execution risks or opportunities and drive timely action closure.
Manage multiple, complex Supplier Quality Improvement Projects with AIRBUS and Supplier senior management.

Collaborate with responsible AIRBUS employees across multiple functional organizations in Europe and Propulsion Systems suppliers to secure the On-Time and On-Quality Delivery of propulsion systems.

Job Responsibilities
* Compile plant SIOP by consolidating data from Programs (Demand Plan, ME (Resource Capacity), Manufacturing (demonstrated performance), New Programmes (Phase-in/out), SC (Inventories) and Purchasing (Suppliers capacity)

Scope of the Role
The Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment is responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of the company's end-to-end global supply chain, including sourcing, logistics, inventory planning, fulfillment center operations, and reverse logistics. This role plays a critical part in supporting BCP's growth by ensuring efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence across all aspects of the supply chain. Reporting Structure
The Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment is a member of the leadership team and reports to the CEO. This position also partners with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders within the organization.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
Own the company's end-to-end global supply chain including sourcing, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and financial goals.
Lead global sourcing activities and manage supplier relationships through the origin office in China.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and bonded warehouse strategies.
Monitor landed cost, tariffs, and associated fees to optimize cost structure and margin impact.
Oversee inbound logistics and manage relationships and contracts with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Lead outbound logistics including parcel and LTL/FTL transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Drive strategic inventory planning and demand forecasting to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and optimize working capital.
Partner with Finance to own the supply chain P&L and support annual budgeting and planning cycles.
Oversee operations across all fulfillment centers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability to meet B2C/DTC demand.
Drive network expansion and location strategy to support business growth and geographic coverage.
Implement and manage warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and cost per order.

Build and scale reverse logistics processes for returns, damages, and liquidation.

Ensure consistent execution of SOPs and safety protocols across all locations.
Champion change management during growth initiatives including new facility launches, peak season scaling, and process transformations.
Partner with Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives, M&A evaluations, and long-range operational planning.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the company's supply chain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications & Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10-15 years of experience in global supply chain leadership roles, with 5+ years in an executive or senior management capacity.
Proven success in managing high-volume, multi-location fulfillment operations in an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong understanding of global sourcing, international logistics, customs compliance, and transportation networks.
Deep experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and supply chain analytics tools.
Track record of working with industrial engineering teams to implement process improvements and automation.
