The Work:

Here's What You Need:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chainmanagement, with at least 1 year focused on Manhattan WMS / Blue Yonder WMS implementations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. Each day, you will ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.

This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in New Berlin, WI.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Implement effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and the global division's sourcing guidelines to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.
Monitor and report on operational performance (KPIs) and process improvement projects
Implement SCM strategies that support our material availability targets and ensure on-time delivery to our customers
Build alignment between our supply chain operations and our project management office to ensure material availability at project site
Lead improvement of data analytics capabilities and system development for the SCM operations
Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes, and foster a data-driven culture
Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and Company Procurement guidelines (knowledge management, functional training, etc.).
Implement programs to drive improvement in cost, quality, and delivery in accordance with our Motion Services division objectives

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience.
Education in Operations, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
Progressive experience in Supply Chain (highly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-cultural and international environment with standard operating procedures.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

The scope of work will include the strategic buy out of electrical commodities to enable the installation of the electrical scope CEI is performing. As a key member of the Purchasing team, the candidate will implement project purchasing & delivery plans to meet job's specific needs/requirements as it relates to purchasing, delivery, and receipt of material. This role will collaborate with a General Foreman to develop Bills of Material needed to install specified phases of work and interface with suppliers on a weekly basis to discuss upcoming phases of work, backorders, returns and deliveries.
The Project Purchasing Manager will execute site purchasing programs: onsite consignments, hold for release packages, Go-carts, and kitting. Other responsibilities include tracking, expediting, and reporting on all material coming to site, issuing accurate purchase orders and assisting the Accounts Payable Team with any discrepancies. The candidate will generate reports and assist with cleaning up outstanding commitments in the system, develop and review performances score card with suppliers on a quarterly basis.

Job Duties:
Manage and optimize the planning data (forecast analysis and accuracy, efficient production scheduling of jobs on the manufacturing floor, and maintenance optimum inventory and production levels to support sales forecast and customer orders).
Manage and optimize inventory practices (inventory reduction/optimization, inventory accuracy and cycle counting, etc).
Maintain internal control system and compliance with corporate ISO procedures and training.
Support the phase-in and phase-out of product families (managing the elimination of excess, slow moving, or obsolete inventory).
Work with Bid/Proposal Department, Sales, Customer Service, and production sites in reviewing customer contract delivery schedules, develop production schedules to support large customer projects, and provide delivery dates for current or expected customer requirements.
Interface with material planners at other manufacturing sites to ensure timely flow of materials where required.
Account for materials required to build manufacturing orders by reviewing reports, communicating part shortages, and expediting to meet customer due dates.
Lead and proactively participate in the review of missed shipments to determine root causes to prevent recurrence and monitors ERP systems to proactively identify and correct production issues caused by incorrect data, systems issues, and dramatic swings in customer demands.
Provide ERP system training, leadership, direction, and training to the planning team.
Oversee cycle count process ensuring responsible items are counted properly according to classification and accuracy level is consistently met per corporate policy.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in production and inventory control or related field preferred
7+ years of related experience in materials, production control, purchasing, or inventory control desired

Reporting to the VP of Merchandising & Strategy, the Demand Planning Manager will oversee the demand planning/buying functions that directly influence the company's ability to meet financial goals and deliver customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role you will build and execute brand category plans, analyze historical data to forecast demand, and lead deployment strategies that ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. Managing multiple seasons simultaneously, you will provide actionable insights into current results and recommend strategic actions that drive profitable sales and efficient inventory turnover.
This multi-faceted role requires extensive cross-functional partnerships. You will be the key point of contact for forecasting and pricing for the Sales team, Sourcing team, and factory partners both domestically and abroad. You will also be responsible for owning the inventory and space budget at multiple 3PL locations to optimize costs and be a key partner to DC Manager to coordinate inbound shipment schedule and collaborate on space optimization and peak-season planning. In this role, you will also lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports to optimize performance across all purchasing and inventory processes.

Demand Planning/Buying
Create and manage product sales, cost, inventory, and margin plans at the category, class, and item level and be accountable for buying decisions within purchasing budget
Create, maintain, and review monthly Open-to-Buy with leadership team to measure progress on sales, margin, and inventory plans along with 6-12-month future forecast
Use data analytics to assess the impact of sales and inventory variances to plan and dynamically shift forecasts to maintain efficient stock levels while maximizing sales and margin outcomes to meet and exceed budget
Negotiate, expedite, delay, cancel, or re-order inventory as necessary
Track inventory movement and storage space and systematically introduce and guide promotional and price change opportunities to optimize sales, inventory, and margin
Analyzes future marketing plans to determine appropriate levels of inventory for each item, overstock situations to establish seasonal sales prices and evaluates/determines demand targets for assortment plan development
Provide monthly inbound container plan annually for P&L input based on category plans and projection analysis roll-up

Sales Team Collaboration
Determine 3-tiered product list-prices (FOB, Drop/Ship, Retail Truckload) annually to maximize sales and margin

Assist in determining base promotional discount level by month at the item level based on inventory levels and sales needs

Sourcing Team Collaboration
Provide rolling 12-month production forecasts by factory to Director of Global Sourcing and directly to Real Flame factory partners overseas

Distribution Center/3PL Collaboration
Create reporting capabilities to give DC partner visibility to inbound shipments up to 4 months
Include DC partner in OTB reviews to give rolling 6-12 month sales/inventory outlook
Inform DC partner on all topics that could impact space allocation at the DC including discontinued/slow-moving products, new item launches, and overall customer choice count

This role includes managing client engagements, designing complex SCM solutions, and coordinating across functional and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for conducting requirement discussions with clients, facilitating process workshops, managing testing cycles such as SIT and UAT, and overseeing technical development and deployment. Additional responsibilities include resolving defects during SIT/UAT, providing production incident support, and ensuring smooth delivery. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with client business SMEs, process consultants, and IT teams from other modules to analyze requirements and deliver tasks on time with high quality.
Required Qualifications:
Location for this position is Milwaukee, WI. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11+ years of Information Technology experience

Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Experience in solution design, architecture, and project leadership.
Candidate needs to have prior experience in leading of the following areas - Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Planning Cloud, Product Data Management Cloud.
Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
Experience in at least 2 full-fledged implementations of Oracle cloud application
Experience in Requirements gathering and come up with solution design.
Experience coordinating with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solutions and execute business scenarios.
Experience managing team size of 5+ resources.
Experience on production support is nice to have.
Experience in Data Migration will be added advantage.
Hands-on experience in Analysis & Configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs, reports.
Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
Exposure to Manufacturing, Planning, and Financials integration

In this role you'll make an impact by:
Lead and develop a team of 6 people Buyers and Associate Category Managers, fostering growth and high performance.

Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to resolve raw material shortages and maintain supply continuity.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within Direct Procurement by driving process efficiency, implementing best practices, and ensuring operational excellence.
Monitor and communicate Raw Material forecast data from multiple sources.
Ensure appropriate Quality standards are in place for new & existing raw materials.
Implement best-in-class procurement tools and processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Resolve raw material shortages or supplier quality/ performance issues and develop supplier partnerships.
Formulate dual Procurement Strategies to address risk and single source raw materials.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global category managers to ensure strategic alignment.
Represent Regional Direct Procurement in selected meetings and events.
To succeed you must hold:
BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required with MS or MBA preferred.
2+ years of people development and leadership experience
8-10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a focus on direct materials.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) related to Direct Materials, including demand planning, forecasting.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
