This leadership position will be located **onsite in** **San Diego, El Segundo or** **Palmdale, California** . **This is a 100% onsite, in program space position, with no opportunity for telework.** This position reports to the Global Supply Chain Program Management Director under the Air Dominance Division for the Aeronautics Systems Sector. The Manager will serve as the primary focal point with Responsibility Accountability and Action (RAA) to the Business Unit (BU) Business Management Director. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing GSC strategies to support the program, with focus on achieving affordability, operational efficiency, safety and first-time quality targets. Candidate is responsible for activities and knowledge within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain organization. Exhibits end-to-end supply chain competency as well as supply chain business acumen. This role is part of the GSC Program Management team and will be challenged to resolve issues and implement solutions, in a quick fast-paced environment - including process improvements, tools, metrics, data integration, and coordination and collaboration with key GSC and program stakeholders. Briefs the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.
